“The process to order and receive my tickets was great but the day before my event I received a call from someone claiming to be StubHub. They said they sent me the wrong tickets and will email me. I did not give them any of my personal information but they emailed me a form stating I am unhappy with my tickets and will refund my tickets. They wanted the tickets back. That of course was not how our original phone conversation went. I looked up the number and it seemed to be coming from Viagogo (877-263-2410). Her name was Elaine. Weird, I ignored this but found it alarming. Either way, my tickets were fine and I had a great time at the concert.”

Your site and easy to purchase and redeem the tickets. The excessive fees per ticket made the tickets expensive so unfortunately we canât afford to go more than once a year. The fee for 3 tickets was more than a ticket and since we are usually a family of 5, well actually 7 counting daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Broadway even in Indy is too expensive to go more often but we would like to see more shows and concerts. Wicked was super awesome and we loved it! The venue was clean and nice and staff very friendly. The sound of was great as well. Lower the fees and youâll have more folks buying tickets to all the events youâre associated with!”
