The mobile download was great and it went instantly into my Ticketmaster account which was reassuring. Your fees are high though, and that made me wince a bit. But overall, it was a show I wanted to see, I was too late to get tickets the regular way, and you got me to an event that I otherwise would never have made it to and so I am grateful.”
