“I could not find the tickets and the show started in less than an hour, with a 20 minute drive to the theater. I called Stubhub and the person that answered the phone was fantastic. He could not see the tickets either so he walked me through it to find them. At one point we got cut off and he called me back to make sure the new tickets came to me. I was very pleased with Stubhub and the person I spoke with. He was very conscientious.”
