"I purchased tickets to take my daughter to a Enhypen concert in New York. The tickets said they were ready but I could not download them to use, I called customer service at least 20 times and was told there was nothing they could do and that I can complain if I want to too but there is nothing further they build do. They had no problem taking my money but couldn't help me with my tickets. I ended up having to buy tickets from a different company. Please what ever you do do not ever use StubHub."

"Great seats!! Front row! Was a little expensive since general tickets were 40.00. But worth it to get front row. The seats were zip tied together, so it made for really cramped seating. But still a friend of mine is their guitar player, so it was fun having great front row seats!"

"Absolute scam. Spent over $500 on 2 tickets to see Randy Rogers and Mark Chesnutt at whitewater amphitheater. Never received my tickets, tried to get help from customer service and put in a resubmit request the day of the concert and they told me to wait. After the concert the customer service agent said that It there's nothing they can do and im not getting a refund. Absolute trash. Do not use."
