“We went to the North Vernon, IN location yesterday and got 2 foot long sandwiches and both of them had 1" of nothing but bread on each end of them. My husband watched them make them and told 2x to put more veggies on each of them and they refused. They were rude. Then when they rang us up we had a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $15 and they tried to charge us $27.00. They couldn't even run the register. What the heck is wrong with these people!? We are not going back!!!”
“Did not put onions or Mayo on my sub when I asked. I was the only guest in the store, young kid was assembling and running the register, using the same glove to take cash. Just gross. No kind of supervisor was present at 7pm, Thursday evening.,Footlong cold cut combo over 10 dollars, hardly any meat or cheese, and missing toppings? Very disappointed in the lack of quality, price, and overall guest interaction.”
“The staff at Hilite Mall Calicut was not trained or less paid from their attitudes to customers. They were behaving like, if you want you can order. Even though I am a regular customer this is the first time I faced like this (5/8/25- 10 pm)”
“A bit rude male employee, didnt ask me if i want anything else beside of sandwich, was greedy with putting ingredients on my sandwich, when ive asked for additional item to my order ive been told i need to think and order faster, as soon as i started placing my order. First time happend to me that kind of thing in subway and all my celebration mood for subway sandwich was killed. It happend on subway next to bp garage at m1 junction 39 2.8.25 about 15:00. There was two subway employee, young male who was rude and blonde female who is always helpful and kind - only be becouse of that girl i didnt put one star. Its very shame cause i usuall liked to come over here”

I am vegetarian therefore I said no meat instead could I get green peppers?
I was told that she cannot customize the order and so she did not give me the peppers. Very disappointing.
All I got was tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, not even olives”
“Possibly the worst sub I've ever had. Went to lawrence kennedy store on Tuesday around 730pm. Ordered a footlong meatball sub.. absolutely no tomato sauce on it just a few dried up meatballs & cheese. Probably been sitting in the steamtable since opening time. I will never go to this location again. I had the meatball sub in the Ajax store & it was to die for. 2 thumbs down for this Scarborough location. Fed half to my dog.”
“Not all Subways are bad except the one in Danville, California. As I entered the store, this Latina girl did not even greet me. Then, I ordered two sandwiches. I had ordered Subway in other establishments and they are generously poured meats in my sandwiches except at this place. She just poured single layer of my Pastrami and Turkey sandwiches. I was so disgusted and she never say thank you back to me. I hope the manager reads my complaint and train their staffs how to serve properly. Very poor customer service.”
