It is important to be cautious when dealing with online platforms, especially those involving financial transactions. It is unfortunate that there are dishonest individuals and fraudulent websites out there preying on unsuspecting victims. Seeking help from reputable investigative companies or authorities can be crucial in recovering stolen funds and holding scammers accountable for their actions. It is always wise to do thorough research and exercise caution before engaging in any financial transactions online to avoid falling victim to such scams in the future. I am grateful for their assistance and will continue to rely on them for guidance and support in the future. Thank you, SPECTRUM-CREST, for always being there for me."

I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in all my years. All I wanted to do was simply upgrade my device + plan, I firstly went into the store and told the employee about a deal that I wanted. (Samsung Galaxy 6 Fold full bundle with 25gb data for roughly £65 a month) The employee stated that they could not provide the buds and offered me a deal for the device only. I took the device with the option of a 14 day cooling off period. Upon speaking to an online assistant I was told I could cancel the deal I made in store and get the original deal advertised. They then informed me I had to go into the store again to cancel the deal in person, i informed the assistant that I have 2 new borns in my house and this would be difficult however I managed to get back to the store. The store assistant then cancelled all of the deals, however couldn't put me through on the original deal that day due to how recently the device only deal had been cancelled. The store assistant told me to get the original deal I wanted online. Upon going back online they told me I have to now wait 90 days to fully upgrade my device and plan. All I wanted was a simple upgrade on contract and device and I have spent over 3 hours on a live chat and had 2 trips into a store, this is with 2 new borns in my household under 1 month old. I have been a 3 customer for roughly 10 years and I have never felt so disheartened with a company

Utterly appalling and useless customer service. I tried to upgrade to a new contract on their phone app but all of the upgrades were coming in at £50+ per month. I looked online and found a contract with them on a comparison website (there were no contracts like this on their upgrades part of the website/app). I used their webchat service to ask what I needed to do next because I was still paying monthly but outside of my contract. I explained all of the above to the idiot on the webchat. It took them an entire hour to finally help me but not before they tried to upgrade me to a £50.94 per month, 36 month contract. When I told them to go and multiply they came back at me with a £29.94 per month contract for 36 months. Decided to complain but judging by online reviews, this will be a waste of time. Avoid these utter idiots.

Rubbish experience, what they advertise is not what you pay, it's always more, three are a spent force, the future looks bleak, time for a change

Stay away from this provider. I have had 2 bad experiences with them (one ongoing and still to be resolved). Their service is absolutely abysmal and they will trap you into their contracts making it impossible to leave even if the service they've provided is crappy. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The broadband service is terrible, can't connect to game servers and cant connect to works vpn and. trying to cancel they magically pull out another router that is supposed to fix all the problems and upsell you. Communication with three is extremely difficult, I have been kicked out of the automated chat several times and when you do finally get through to someone it last about an hour an your problem still is not resolved. The phone service does not accept my three number plus you have to listen to some automated sales pitch first before any options are available, also call centre is over seas somewhere so if you have a broad accent then its difficult to understand each other. Email is reserved for people who has accessibility issue and they won't communicate through that. overall, avoid them, save yourself time, money, and a headache

If you know what’s good for you, you will stay clear. Service is an absolute joke, 5G is non existent. Customer service are even worse, tell you there’s nothing they can do, then miraculously when I say I’m not happy, they can do everything under the sun!! Bills are increased every year, you also have to pay extra to use your own allowance abroad that is already paid for. Scammers!!

I paid for my device which was an early upgrade and Three cancelled the order with DPD and made them send it back to Three and still haven't received an reasonable explanation for this. I made this order on the 26th June and still waiting for my refund to come back to my bank. I paid £226.57 and I need my money back as Three have taken back the device. I have Three young children and find it dishearting that I have to wait so long for this to money to be returned to me. I do not understand how Three have not given me my device but have kept my £226.57 deposit. I feel like I have been robbed in broad daylight and I already had a sim only contract so quite shocked at how they are treating their customers.

This is the worst network provider with horrendous customer service. They will make false promises, lie, steal and treat you like you are an idiot who doesn't know what you are talking about. They don't even bother to understand what your concern is and keep moving you from department to department but solve nothing at all. They refuse to give refunds when their services don't work. Three gets you with the shiny offers and possibilities but the reality of it all is appalling. I DO NOT recommend their services to anyone and if you want to waste hours and days of your time then contact their customer service. They even hang up the phone while you are talking! DISGUSTING service!!!

Account number 116428538. On May 21, 2024, I visited Three store to activate the 5G Home Broadband service. Unfortunately, upon verification, I discovered that the service is not available in my area. In the same week, I returned to the Three store to cancel the contract. On May 25, 2024, the store staff initiated the cancellation process by contacting customer service. On June 21, 2024, I received the envelope for returning the 5G Home Broadband device. To my surprise, today, July 1, 2024, I received an email informing me of a charge of £46,16 for the contract in question. I would like to emphasize that I acted promptly to cancel the contract as soon as I discovered the service's unavailability in my area. Furthermore, I am a loyal customer of Three company. I have been receiving payment reminder emails every day. I finally paid, but I was unfairly charged an additional £46.16. This situation is causing me stress, I don't want to share it on social media. Exercise vigilance when signing a contract with Three, as they have a reputation for breaching contracts

You hire a contract, they make you pay 2 contracts. You cancel both and they still make you pay both over the years. 0 Customer assistance. Only for time and stress, is better to take any single other company.

I cancelled my phone contract within the cooling off period. Twice they informed me, I would be charged over £700 for my final bill. Twice I contacted them via live chat to be assured this payment wouldn't be taken. The payment was then taken anyway putting me overdrawn. I've contacted them multiple times to be given the same unhelpful information. Tomorrow will be 10 days of having no money and no one within the business can tell me exactly when I will get my money back. I'm extremely upset, angry and worried. Having no money for 10 days and the company doesn't seem to care or want to resolve my situation quickly.

I recently bought a £35 SIM card from Three at the airport, which was supposed to provide 150GB of data for my month-long trip in Europe. However, once I left the UK, I found out that I only had access to 12GB of data when roaming, which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This left me with insufficient data for most of my trip, causing significant inconvenience. When I contacted Three to complain, they said they could only contact the store that sold me the SIM and refused to offer any credits or partial refunds. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is a scam.
