“constantly changing stock- always worth a look in the homeware dept”

“Excellent choice of all sorts of items. I usually shop there every 2 - 3 weeks and I always find something I was looking for. I am always being complemented by the choices I have made - I bought many decorative items from TKMaxx - they are always of very good quality and have already lasted many years. Just recently I bought a large wall clock with roman numbers and TKMaxx had a choice of many colours which was fantastic. I wanted a grey surround which they had on offer and this clock really complements my blue and grey striped cushions. I am now looking for white side tables to place near my couch which I am sure I will find one day, too. I always find what I want or need there, it just takes a bit of patience. Highly recommend TKMaxx. To exchange an item is never a problem and staff are always polite and helpful. I can not wait to see what is on display near to X-mas time as I always find something interesting to give as a present Prices compared to other shops are of excellent value.”

“Online ordering terrible! Do not shop on their website. After messing up my order first time, on the second one they sent me the wrong sizes. As compensation I was offered my postage money back and a"sincere" apology. Appalling service!!!”

“Online shopping is terrible!! Wrong items arrived. Slung into the packaging. Bags all split and half open. Wrong sizes sent and no care taken at all, items all thrown in with no care. No response from customer services. Disgusting. Avoid!!!!”

“Tkmaxx have a new website and it is truly awful. There was nothing wrong with the old website, it was easy to find things and order. Whoever designed the new format should go back to the drawing board. It seems I am not the only critic of this.”

“bought David Burke kitchen Pots and pans in copper finishing. after few washing the Copper coating peeled off. its a cheap plastic like coating and not copper. the pots were not cheap. the tk maxx dont take no resposibility as no receipt ! you think you are getting genuine items but they are bad product. i am very disappointed”

“Bought shoes from them 3 weeks ago, after 2 uses the shoes was torn on one side!! After an effort going back to the Epsom store they didnt make any effort to find the purchase on their system, instead the young manager asked me to go home and bring bank statement to show purchase!! So I left the shoes with her and told her to keep it as a proof of bad service. I worked for Debenhams when I was at Uni.. they offered great customer service and accepted to refund faulty (or bad quality) items straight away with minimum hassle to the customer. i will never buy from again”
