"I often shop in TKmaxx and am pleased with quality and choice.\r\nI recently shopped in the Livingston store and bought a hanging garden chair which was on display. I\u2019d like to compliment both the young lady who served me and also Dan who I\u2019ve talked to in the phone. I used AnyVan for delivery and when the hair arrived the hook which chair hangs from was missing. This was no problem to Dan who located it and I received this morning. He apologised but actually was easy thing to happen with display item. \r\nThank you so much and I hope TKmaxx recognise such hood customer service.\r\nFiona"

"I ordered a pair of boots (isabel marant) for \u00a3229.99 and they came in horrible, awful conditions, like they were used for more than one year! I took them back to store and explain that I received them one day ago, impossible to be worn by me and look so disgusting and they told me canno't receive them for refund in this conditions and will investigate, I just have to wait for their call. Of course, no one called me. I've also send an email with pictures...and nothing! This is a nightmare!"

"Discusting customer service !!! Items arrived broken. Response from CS taking weeks to reply! No apology. No CS. Then they expected me to post it back when I paid for delivery and will only refund on return even though I have sent photos!"
