“ Tk maxx customer service is terrible, basically sending the same message every time I contact them, that they will get in touch with courier within 48 hrs and thats it. ”

“ Realised after a month I hadn’t been refunded so emailed customer service only to hear that apparently I HAD collected my bag and used my driving licence to collect it (after the 14 day return if uncollected policy was passed). ”

“ Delivery not received - no notification from courier. 15 days to complete refund but the jury’s out on that. Apparently there were 2 attempted deliveries but there was no contact from DPD. Customer service told me it was up to me to track the parcel rather than the couriers/ that’s a new one on me. I’m now unable to replace this order until the refund is complete which can take upto 15 days ”
