They don't give a rat's rear end about client service. Ordered a fridge from Aldi. Agreed date of delivery and paid my money. Took day off for the fridge to arrive. Dispatch notice came from aldi the night before and it held the tracking details for the courier. I waited all day for comms from the courier and all day for the delivery. It didn't arrive - tried to contact the courier..no response to emails or calls. Tracking system showed no update. Contacted aldi as, after all, they have a legal responsibility to get goods to you by the agreed date. Their response was to refund the delivery fee - no good to me when I had spent 60quid on food ready to go in the new fridge which has now been binned. I did get an update this morning - the courier could not locate my item. A couple of minutes later, I get a text from XPD telling me they will deliver in four hours time. So...I am expected to drive home from work and meet their needs? There's something up here. The text offered me the opportunity to contact the driver and change the delivery - no call was picked up or texts answered. Now my husband has got home and found the fridge left in a private workshop which should not have been entered. Am utterly disgusted with XPD - Aldi is equally as guilty for subcontracting to an absolute shower of idiots. Next they will want me to pick my own potatoes and drop them at the shop for payment! Wont use aldi again. And xpd's tracking system still shows the fridge out for delivery when it's been dumped in a workshop where anyone could have taken it.

Without a doubt the worst delivery experience I have ever had - and not because it was late! If you are thinking about using this delivery service then please read on and be warned. XPD was thrust into my realm of experience when I bought some exercise equipment. I was worried that delivery of the equipment would coincide with my holiday so telephoned the company to ask for the date to be moved back. This is my email and the confirmation I received that delivery would be rescheduled to 10/04:based on our phone conversation: Good afternoon Just to confirm, as discussed on the phone a couple of minutes ago, we will not be in a position to take receipt of this consignment until Tuesday 10th April. If you could hold on to it until then that would be great. Hello, I can confirm this has been actioned with the depot Thank you Customer Services So far so good. I then received news whilst on holiday that the item had been left outside my house 3 days early. XPD put a note through my door saying, "Delivery by side gate. Photo taken." How kind of them to take evidence to prove that they have delivered 3 days early and just left the item outside in the rain! Not only did XPD deliver 3 days early but they also can't seem to figure out when/if they have delivered; 2 days after delivery I received this email: "Dear Customer, A consignment is on its way to you from one of our clients - POWERHOUSE FITNESS At this stage the consignment has been put out for delivery by the delivery depot, and is expected to be delivered to you PM" Seriously? This was sent 2 days after the delivery was made! I later received an email that said that they, "hope you have received your consignment". Is successful delivery by XPD is based on hope? Powerhouse were trying to find out what was happening and I got an email on the same day from them saying, "I can confirm that the carriers have got back to us and that your goods are booked for delivery tomorrow." So XPD really had no idea what was going on or when they were delivering. I was lucky that it hadn't rained harder during the 3 days I was away. I still haven't received an apology from the company but, given the emails with conflicting delivery dates, they probably don't even realise that there's a problem with the delivery! I haven't even received anything close to an acknowledgement that there has been a problem but I am not surprised, given the other reviews for XPD. Think carefully before using this company!

An overnight delivery item was supposed to arrive 04/04. It is now 09/04 and it has still not been delivered. Not only that, part of the item has now disappeared off the tracking page.

Absolutely shocking service. Awaiting Saturday delivery and no show, 2 out of 4 items delivery Monday and the other 2 items are no where on the system for the customer service clerk to advise me on. Ridiculous service as all items collected from retailer together and now split/lost in transit! Again another couple of days delay!! Been ringing their contact number for 4 hours made 32 calls had to go through finance options just to be told that nothing can be done and that’s the best they can do. Customer services and courier service seem to be non-existence.

Had a delivery of 3 boxes for a flat pack bed due on a Thursday, for some reason they only delivered 2 boxes and had to wait till the following Monday for the last box. To top it off I asked to be contacted 10min before the delivery is due so I can get home from work to collect the last box and I get a call saying they are at my front door! I will be sending a letter to the furniture manufacturer, they are being let down by a shoddy delivery service and if they insist on using this company I will have to reconsider buying any further furniture from them.

Paid a significant amount of postage for a Saturday delivery and it never showed up. Have now discovered (Monday) that it is still in their Southern depot and apparently won't be with me until Tuesday! Why is this company still in business, and who is giving them the custom?

Delivery scheduled from Aldi on Thursday, took day off work and nothing arrived. Tracking showed hadn't moved from depot. Contacted Aldi who emailed them. Text and email then received to state Friday delivery and out for delivery. Again waited in all day, nothing arrived, then at 18:30 tracking should FAILED. C'mon Aldi, you need to change your courier, just look at the reviews here. Shockingly bad customer service.

was in at time stipulated on card put through letterbox - but hey , no worries il just phone to arrange redelivery ! couldn't email as address had been left off of card after trying 2 different phone numbers for them and leaving my details and barely readable consigngment number twice - still no return call talking about card again - its a waste of time * no email address on it left blank * can hardly read consignment number * if I filled card in about where to leave it etc - wot do I do with card ? * tried tracking my delivery but their system couldn't find it

I AM SAT HERE WAITING AFTER I WENT ON THE TRACKING SYSTEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE ON WEDNESDAY 4TH ..A TOILET !!! THE PLUMBER HAS BEEN IN AS IM HAVING MY BATHROOM TOTALLY REFURBISHED AND HAS RIPPED EVERYTHING OUT AS EVERYTHING ELSE HAS ARRIVED {NOT BY XDP} IT SAYS IT WOULD BE HERE NO LATER THAN 2.49 ??? EVEN THOUGH IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE WEDNESDAY,,, I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED ..NO ANSWER I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES ...NO REPLY ??? I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR AS I DONT RATE THEM AT ALL !!!! BLOODY FUMING ..RUBBISH SERVICE

Absolutely outrageous!! They supposed to deliver my bed and mattress however they showed up on a day I didn't expect them, therefore, I wasn't at home. Then they returned back on a random day with my mattress only. It was only luck that someone happened to be at home. I still don't have my bed frame!!!! They didn't text me, they didn't call me. It is impossible to reach them by phone. If you call them they keep you waiting for minutes then tell you that they can't take you call also they charge you more then £1 / minute just to keep you waiting on the phone.

I ordered a large amount of items from a seller, it was supposed to be delivered by XDP the next day, however the seller didn't post it in time, therefore there was a delay in delivery especially before Easter. The seller didn't bother replying but XDP was extremely helpful and customer services assisted me and got my delivery happily just in time. Would recommend them anytime. Thanks again, from a happy customer.

Received email to say driver had tried to deliver item at 6.22am on a bank holiday. No card left through door. Don't believe driver came anywhere near our house as 2 dogs didn't even wake up, let alone bark. No prior notification of delivery date or time. Email doesn't give contact details to rearrange delivery. Managed to find head office on Google but they said they would phone back with details, but still waiting.

Delivery was late. 90 minutes notice of delivery. Email not answered. Didn't call because their contact number is premium rate. Received a wave of spam after emailing them. Left item out in rain instead of putting it in the boiler room just a few steps from the parking space. It was probably only delivered 2 days late rather than later because I complained and asked the Ebay seller for a refund. How are these cowboys still in business? Avoid like the plague.

Order despatched on the 20th supposedly delivered on the 21st March 2018. Have been waiting in for this package all week and no delivery driver has been near my house! Rang up the depot and the lady said she could not make out what the driver had written so she would contact the depot and get straight back to me. Still waiting..... 1 hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, still waiting. Don't believe she will ever phone back. Next excuse will be that she called me back but got no answer. WRONG! I have call minding and call waiting plus an answerphone and I can look back over the last two weeks telephone calls received! No signature, no delivery slip through door. Don't even think the driver came into the town. Parcel gone, lost, whatever. New one being sent by a different carrier. Avoid these people completely!!!

this company is rubbish have waited in all day for delivery no communication from them have just rang the range up who i ordered with to be told i will not be getting my goods to day and that xdp would be getting in contact with me they don't deliver over the week end so don't know when i will be getting my goods what a way to run a company

Rude delivery man. Put phone down on me. Didn't try very hard to find house. Can't contact them by phone either locally or at head office. Shambolic.
