“I am a 19 year old girl and my Delivery driver left my massive table downstairs ( I’m on the first floor which is around 10 stairs up ) just because he couldn’t be bothered to take it up ten stairs. I had to carry it by myself despite being disabled.”

“Email received with estimated collection time of 1216-1416. This was to collect 90kg, 3 boxes of furniture. Further email received 1330 to say next for collection and to sign electronically and have QR code ready.
Come 5pm still no sign. Emailed tracking to be told, sorry marked for nothing to collect and need to rebook through supplier.
These damaged goods have already sat in my hall for 2 weeks as bulky uplifts can only be arranged for Fridays.
Not to mention that I do not get refunded until my goods have been returned to the supplier. Not happy at all”
