Order from Wickes waiting at depot since 3 days after designated delivery date. Unable to contact their customer service and no response to emails.”
“AVOID ..AVOID . My order has been in " DELIVERY POINT" foe 1 month and has been " OUT FOR DELIVERY " 3 times yet still has not arrived. Unable to contact anyone at XDP so just feeling helpless in the hands of this rubbish company . Once again AVOIC .”

Gave me a 2hr window slot and did not show. Gave another 2hr slot 2 days later and did not show again. The following g day they sent a message saying the driver could not find my address so they were returning the item then delivered it an hour later”
“Diabolical service, the worst I have ever encountered. My trees arrived at their depot on 8.December from Ornamental Trees Ltd. After much phoning by Ornamental trees, delivery was promised today. I was given a 2 hour time slot, I stayed in, there was no communication from them and certainly no trees. Don’t touch this service, in fact there is no service. Shocking.”

1st delivery missed... No notification of intended delivery, Says 'Sms and email sent' then card left... LIES! I had absolutely NOTHING!!
2nd 'attempted delivery' says card left and emailed... Again LIES!! I have cameras watching the whole property including the road, no body even attempted to come
Since then the website tracking won't update (still saying it's being delivered 2 days ago) the app is useless - doesn't work, I've emailed - no reply, live chat is always 'unavailable'
This company is without doubt the WORST out there (and that's saying something) clearly just another flyby night company that will just screw as much money out of everyone they can before liquidating then opening another under a different name...
PLEASE PLEASE avoid these cowboys! You WILL regret using them!!! I'm waiting for my parcel to be sent back then claiming a refund as clearly it'll never arrive”
“I wish I could give no stars and that would be too many! You can't communicate with them, they don't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails.
I had two failed deliveries where they went to completely the wrong addresses, I even sent them a screenshot and coordinates of where I am on Google maps, they really are useless, please avoid if you can, they are a joke. I never received my parcels, the company I bought the items from are having to send me replacements using a different courier.”
“I ordered a dog grooming bath and XDP told me it was at their depot. No contact whatsoever from then on. Was told it was now lost????? 50” bath?
Was sent a replacement only for this to have now been at their “depot” since 1st December. Despite lots of messages and phone calls, 1 response to say they were out of the office and would deal with it. Since then nothing !!! Going to take this further as something is not quite right about this company”
“Terrible. Attempted to delivery once - I was not in and they did not leave in my designated safe space. No further attempts made. Been sitting in the depot for 3 weeks. No response from customer service. Avoid!!”

Claimed to have delivered but didn't.
They left the card if there was one at the wrong address.

“I could give minus stars I would. This has got to be the worst company to use for delivery.
Not only are they unable to be contacted at all, if you do try to contact them they charge a fortune on the premium phone number.
If you email them, don’t expect to hear back, they can’t be bothered.
If you think you’ll get a parcel on the timescale advised, think again. Their system shows “manifested but not collected”. Wtf does that mean? We’ve seen your delivery, and we’ve acknowledged we’re supposed to do something, but we’ll leave it for a week.
A delivery that was supposed to be two days, so far has been 9 days and still no delivery date.
System now says “at depot”. And has done for three days.
No communication from them.
Do not trust them at all.

“Bought motive gear master bearing kit from XDP. The kit had the wrong outer pinion bearing, wrong outer race, wrong seal & shims. I called XDP. They wanted me to deal with motive gear. Motive gear said I had to go through XDP.Typical run around. I would send the whole kit back but I already installed the carrier bearings. Now they won’t take the kit back. I purchased the parts that were wrong in the kit from another vendor. I highly recommend using another vendor for your purchases. Waiting on a manager to call me back, but I’m pretty sure I know there answer. Anyway that’s my rant. Spend your money elsewhere.”
“I dislike giving negative reviews, but this delivery company is undeniably the worst one any business, company, or individual customer could encounter. They've failed in every aspect, rendering their services a complete joke. Not only was their delivery more than 10 days overdue, but their communication and support are virtually nonexistent. My supplier attempted to reach them for six days without success. Their website is pretentious and misleading, offering only a rudimentary tracking system. I strongly advise against using their services."”
“Breach of the Duty of Care Act. He trapped my 8 month pregnant wife in our home. Then, instead of alerting her to the fact the delivery was there, he stacked £500 worth of goods in front of the door, preventing if from opening from inside. She had been waiting in all day and only realise it had been "delivered" when an email noiltification came through. She was unable to lift anything on her own.
Thankfully a neighbour was able to RESCUE her and help her get the items inside.
Doorbell cam shows he was about to press the doorbell but stopped when be noticed it was a camera and decided not to press it. Bit dodgy right? I read online that an XDP are connected with trafficking so I guess it could be an illigal immigrant not wanting to be identified? Who knows, he also wears a DHL hivis! Anyway the camera records regardless of whether it was pressed or not so here we go.”
“BE WARNED: XDP are to be avoided.
As a company, these are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’m the shipper, they collected from me which was farcical in organising alone (missed dates etc), then they take 3 weeks to deliver the item they’ve picked up for me (same country) and it’s been opened and replaced with junk. Clearly STOLEN when in their care.
Despite numerous calls, and attempts to call them (20+) and 1 hour waiting – they’re obviously gone past caring and not interested in answering calls or replying to emails. Furthermore when I read other reviews and find the word “stolen” 22 times on TrustPilot alone (8 of which mention goods missing before deliver), it shows I’m not alone in this opinion.
So I’m left with no option now other than involve the Police and my credit card company to pursue this.”
“Mechanic had me order a steering gear box for Dodge 5500 and had it sent to his shop. He told me it was wrong one and he went to get new one. XDP would not accept the return because it was "used". I responded how was it used if it doesn't fit. They said they could see install marks in pictures. I have 10 diesel trucks and will never order a part from XDP.”
