I am still waiting for the correct paperwork for the policies that I took out at the end of January. This is the fourth attempt. Although everybody seems very friendly and helpful, in view of the above, I am concerned in the event of a claim.

I used to love a plan but my last experience was atrocious. I am currently waiting for my full refund. Very frustrated.

At the moment I'm paying £81 pounds a month, I'm 25 years old and I've searched on the Internet prices around £50 a month , I did ring and inquire and they told me to stick with us like you would say , when my year is up and you don't match something cheaper I'll be leaving you I was told about this company from a car Gargee in Macclesfield how good it was

I called three times to ask for a quote for some new business for you. No answer. I then emailed in frustration - no response. I then took out insurance with a competitor. Subsequently you called my daughter to see if everything was in order ! Not impressed.

very disappointed as l paid for my insurance then 3 weeks later told there was a discrepency and had to pay a further £43 pounds l just didnt understand how this could happen when l had my insurance with A-Plan the year before
