“This is the third insurance policy we have taken out through A-Plan this year and I suspect it won't be the last as further renewals come around. We appreciate the immediate, direct contact with a real, interested human being, (no interminable menus), the good-humoured and efficient approach and of course, so far, the most competitive quotes for appropriate cover with a reputable insurer. This is how a broker should be. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas!”

“Excellent service! Ringing around for car insurance quotes and phoned A Plan after receiving a letter about their service. The chap on the phone was very pleasant and said he would ring back with a better deal and give me £25 of M&S vouchers if he did and another £25 of vouchers if I took it! Well he did find a better deal and I did take it up and I did get the vouchers! The paperwork was emailed to me and sent in the post and all went very smoothly. Good job guys!”

“The service was 1st class, very quick and easy to sort my car insurance and at a very good price, in fact it was half the cost of these so called market leaders so I would advise anyone to talk to A-Plan.”

“Excellent Service throughout. Have used A Plan to renew both ny Car & home insurance. Really did make a fantastic effort to search around for the best quotes possible. I dealt with the same person throughout each quote. A very personal & friendly service! They explain eveything in great detail on the phone, every step of the way. Highly reccomended to everyone. Even if you already have a quote from your present insurers, give them a ring & they will do their best to beat it!”

“The people at Aplan in Chelmsford, are like a family to me. If I had the room and the cups and saucers, I would invite them round for tea, whenever they were free. Such good people. All businesses should be like them, so that everyone could trust any business, the way I trust them.”

“Not sure whether you are talking about the car or the house???? But I will guess the house as you have not said. Kate (?) was a star and with patience and humour took me through the whole thing quite easily. I tend to be a bit flippant, but she handled me with a great deal of professionalism.”
