“The thought of renewing car insurance makes me groan...this company made it quick and easy. My call was answered straightaway with no "please hold your call is important to us". Clear and concise questions about the cover discussed. They called me back exactly when I requested (during my lunch hour so as not to disturb me in the office) to take payment for new insurance cover and on top of all that saved me £350. A pleasure from star to finish so I hope to have many years of insurance cover with them. My brother recommended me to them and I am very pleased.”

“We were very pleased we decided to call into the Banbury office for advice. Elliott was really helpful with our car and breakdown insurance,made sure we were getting the right insurance. We would most defintely recommend Aa-plan to family and friends. It is good to know,if we have any queries,we can call into the Banbury Office, and speak to someone in person, instead of over the telephone. Thank you for your very good service. “Very good and helpful member of staff took his time and made sure that I had what I wanted on my insurance. Also when I brought my insurance I was surprised to find that it was £12.00 better than what he quoted to me over the phone when I first enquired about car insurance.”
