“Customer service was extremely good, very helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was the PIN number did not work which meant I could not access my policy details for a few days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.”

“I dealt mainly with Dan at Thatcham for insurance on my VW T5 that I was having converted to a motor caravan, I got his details from the VW forum and was impressed by his feedback from other users, then I met him at the Campermart show at Telford and was able to discuss my needs with him. He understood the type of cover that I needed and matched it (at a good price) to me. His particular interest in the VW area was of great help and the personal service a major reason for choosing A-plan”
