“Never had any problems with this company,always able to call and speak with someone if I have a question and I like that rather than emailing like alot of insurers, they always find me a good quote when my renewal is up and contact me in advance to get a new insurer rather than wait for me to contact them, I have forgotten so this works well. There is a branch not far from me which is good if you would rather go in and talk to someone, overall they are a very good company in my opinion”

“I have been with A Plan for 10 years or so - I have been very happy insuring a number of cars and our house & contents with them. The cost has been very competitive and the policies have been explained to me in a meaningful way so I am able to make the choices that are relevant to us. When I have had concerns they have been dealt with to my satisfaction. For me the buy in is the great total service which I find very beneficial to us.”
