“Always call in good time before the policy expires. Allow time to do your own searches before calling back.If housebound you are able to do it all over the phone. The staff are very polite and greet me personally when I go in branch.”

“Great telephone response to my questions Always get adequate notice that insurance policies are nearing renewal.
