“It was so nice to speak to. Real person at once, instead of having to press a number of buttons to get to the correct department. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.. K Draper”

“Each time i've phoned i got the feeling of being welcome. The person answering gave me their full attention and I had time to ask for an explanation of a particular point on the policy and costs relating to extra cover. I liked your follow up letter confirming the point with clarity....One negative, the initial recorded voice explaining the need for disclosure of facts, was too rushed and a bit off putting. Overall, a great service. Martin.”
