“A Plan have provided an excellent service to us over the years. We have had up to three cars at a time insured with them and have always managed to get us a good deal. We have also got house insurance with them, which we needed a few years ago when we had a major problem which required a very big claim. They handled it extremely well and took the pressure off us during a very stressful time.”

“Answered the phone quickly. Made to feel like you knew me well and was a valued customer. Simple and straightforward advice and coverage of the facts. Gave me choices. Rang back when you said you would. Were polite, courteous and thoughtful. Didn't push any additional sales but offered more services/ benefits. Did what you said you were going to do. Gave me a good price and all the information I needed to make a decision. Thank you”
