“All the family are with A plan at the present time. 2 being young drivers, I prefer to deal with someone local and know that there is someone at the end of the phone. I have had good service since being with A plan. All the people I have spoken to have been friendly and polite and they dont keep constantly phoning and bothering you.”

“Just like going back to the days when Car Insurance was via a Broker in the High Street, we have gone full circle and this type of set-up is coming back and it can be very competitive in price as well, I was suitable impressed with my two car insurance deals on separate start dates. I really do like the human interface element and customer service aspect, web portals Insurance Companies are just faceless and lacking relationships, but still require all your information for their database......and then email shot you with constant lobbying for your business!”
