“I rate A-Plan Insurance very highly because all their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, they explain everything very clearly and listen to what you really want and do not try to sell policies that are not best suited for you. They are also very competitive in their pricing, they offered me and my daughter very good car insurance at very competitive prices, if that wasn't enough, they also offered me very easy payment terms without additional interest charges. “The staff were friendly, helpful and also knowledgeable. The price was so competitive too which to be honest, these days price is pretty much the most important factor, although I much prefer to deal with human beings and everyone I spoke to at A-Plan were most helpful. Thank you”

“I was looking for motor insurance and requested a quotation from A-Plan, they were able to give me a better price than the on-line comparison sites. In addition, they had taken all my requirements into account, so I didn't have to sift through all the small print to ensure I was getting what I wanted. A-Plan is what I have been looking for, offering an individualised brokerage service while still providing my insurance at an affordable price.”

“We contacted A-Plan, Alton branch in December 2015 for a quote when sourcing deals to renew our home insurance. The advisers were all very helpful and we accepted the very competitive quotation they offered. We contacted the branch again in January 2016 regarding renewing insurance for one of our vehicles. Once again A-Plan through adviser (Mark Tobin) sourced an excellent deal providing improved cover for the car at a very good rate. Very thorough questionnaire ensures all possible deals are accurately sourced for clients. Next family car due for renewal in February - we shall definitely be requesting A-line's help in sourcing the best deal and doing all the hard work for us in future.”
