Arrived back from an evening flight and despite calling for the bus connection twice, we were still made to wait 20 mins. Won't use again.

Had 2 cars booked into Priority Parking and on leaving they wouldn't lift the barriers to both cars, saying we shouldn't have been in Priority...even though I had paid for Priority for both vehicles and had confirmation emails stating this!!! We had to have our windows down in the pouring rain to converse with someone that was nice and dry inside a building...and I even had to start running back and fore between both vehicles, have now ended up with a nasty throat and chest infection days after getting soaked to the skin before it was eventually sorted out and barriers were lifted...Priority..that's a joke!!!!!.

1) On checking in at 7pm the terminal was filthy. Why do airports even use black bin liners in this day and age? Why was rubbish overflowing onto the floor? Anyone wishing to hide an explosive device in an airport could do so very easily here which does not seem safe to me. The seating is ancient and cracked, there was spilled food all over the departure area. 2) On returning we were unable to get out of the terminal as a set of electric doors after baggage reclaim were stuck shut for about 20 minutes. The border staff could not do anything about this. This is even worse as this was labelled as the emergency exit. In the end another man forced open the doors so we could leave. No airport staff appeared to help us. This is not good enough that no one seemed to notice that a whole plane load of passengers were trapped in the building. 3) On the plus side the staff in the car park office and the terminal were very friendly and helpful.

What customer service? Tried to call on three occasions with a question on my booking. Gave up as was on hold for an extremely long time. Intend read the terms and conditions an realised I had no choice but to pay a full day in addition on my return. That is my fault and responsibility. However please don't pretend to have great customer service as it would appear non existent.

parking is average, but the price is absolutely ridiculous. For this price they should perhaps also wash and hoover your car. Then it may be a better deal!

Card never registered at the barrier .wasting my time at gate trying to get out,having to call security to get out when it was already pre paid.absolute embarrassments

New food facilities before checkin offer no choice of gluten and dairy free produce. The Kitchen menu doesnt even mention food allergies.

Waited at Bus stop, as instructed on the bus shelter for approx 15 mins. Eventually the bus driver came up and advised us that you have to walk to the bus as no pick ups are made unless the bus is on its way back from terminal. On our return, phoned for collect and the response was not good, took several attempts to the person on the other end of the phone to understand that I wanted the bus to collect us from the airport. Having prepaid parking, put ticket into machine on exit, and advised of an outstanding balance of £146. After 10 mins or so, dealing with customer assistance, the barrier was lifted. Shocking service would not recommend and will never use again.

Very disappointed as my flight was cancelled. I was notified before leaving my house but found I could not cancel the car parking on-line or have my money refunded as I did not use the car park through no fault of my own.

I had a very poor experience with my pre-pay long stay booking. After booking online and pre-paying with no problems, upon arrival at the entry my booking was not recognised. Assistance was provided and I was assured that the ticket I received at entry would reflect my pre-paid details. Upon coming to exit the car park using my 'pre-paid' ticket I was instructed to return to the paystation and to pay the full 39 pound fee to exit. Due to the time (2140) no assistance was available. I have now been charged both my pre-pay and exit charge - almost £75 for less than 48 hrs parking. I have reported this to customer services but was requested to provide both my card details and receipt issued for the second payment to 'prove' my time of exit - no receipt was issued - and I expect a modern system to be able to track when my ticket was validated on exit and the payment taken. As a result I am unlikely to use this facility again nor will I recommend it to my friends. Highly disappointing!

I was under the impression I had booked a weekend special, however when the booking came through it only charged me for one days parking and I couldn't cancel or rebook so ended up having to pay full rate for two days parking. Rubbish.

The lounge was extremely busy and I had to wait for a seat. The food on offer only included a few biscuits and I noticed many people came in with their own sandwiches. Definitely not value for money.

I tried 3 times to enter the servisair lounge for which I had pre paid on line as I had a 3 hour wait in Aberdeen airport. On each occasion I waited more than 10 minutes and was not attended to. It would seem a women travelling alone is not important to your service. A disappointing service and a long and uncomfortable wait in the airport as the flight was further delayed. Absolutely not value for money in this instance, a total waste.
