We were unable to get out when we came back from our holiday as the system said we owed £88 even though we had paid upfront. It took an age to sort it and there were queues behind us. I do not know what these other drivers thought of us, but it wasn't our fault. The system failed and I wasn't impressed.

Had already passed through normal security line prior to the email arriving with priority confirmation. Completely pointless.

Ok here we !!!! I got a pre paid to get in so on arrival your poor camera miss read my number plate problem 1. Problem 2 I arrived from my klm flight home went outside to be treated to a typical winters evening of minus 1 so I nipped over to bus stop no bus for 2 mins when I noticed the phone which I picked up hello he said on the other end of the phone the bus is on its way in fact it's just leaving lol ..... So I waited and I waited no bus ? At This point I was freezing to death so I walked from the airport to your long stay car park which took 10 mins at that point I seen your bus still inside the car park .... Nice enjoyed my dancing on ice experience from airport to your carpark .... However I survived !! Problem 3 on noticing my number plate on my card to being different to my actual number plate went inside your unmanned help center which is just a phone with loads of instructions inside once there phone someone some where who said he would open the gate at this point I thought great !!! To my horror then I proceeded through your allumium door at this point I just about cut my finger off as your door took a chunk out of my finger blood everywhere I suggust you change your razor like door before some one else gets hurt .... Then proceeded to my car blood everywhere sucking my finger and trying to defrost my car which took about 20 mins then got to ghe gate to find a new guy who didn't hear my story on the phone and another 5 min story as I bled to death at the gate... Eventually my nightmare was over and the gate was lifted and I drove home singled handed in the ice which was all good fun .... Next time am going some where else that's not trying to kill me ! Many thanks for a wonderful experience feel free to share my story as I do with everyone in aberdeen

Car parking experience was fine with the one exception that we had 7 cases and required 2 trolleys to transport them. The trolleys were secured and needed pound coins to release them. We did not expect this and had no change with us. Due to disability my wife is not able to pull a case, therefore it took 3 trips for me to get the cases to the check in desk. The situation was worse when we returned to aberdeen from Thailand. After a total of 18 hours travelling we experienced the same thing at the international arrivals. Unfortunately I was not able to make 3 trips as I would not be allowed back into the baggage area, we were then left stranded in the baggage area, there were a number of other foreign visitors in the same boat. This system is unacceptable, tourists do not have in their possession pound coins when they arrive at aberdeen airport. I then had the embarrassment of having to ask the other passengers if they could give me change of £10 to enable me to get out of the airport. Fortunately someone gave me £2 to get two trolleys. Whoever is deciding policy at this airport needs to take a long hard look at this policy, first impressions count and if you want visitors to believe that aberdeen is such an unsafe place to be that we need to chain up trolleys then what impression are we leaving them with. I am sorry that this is so negative as it could have been a really positive experience, but if you were in my situation with 7 cases and no means to transport them then I am sure that you would feel the same.

The barcode that was sent through email didn't even work. And the person at the airport didn't even know what to do - he couldn't even check the system; rather just kept saying the barcode doesn't work with no support. I want my money back!!

40 minute wait for bus. Issue addressed afterwards. Hopefully this was a one off bad experience .

Signposting to the car park is poor. Parking spaces are narrow making it difficult to access luggage from a partially opened door. Also know there is a risk of neighbouring car door denting yours. A long wait for the bus to collect me to take me to the airport. On return the service was worse! A cold, dark and miserable evening where I struggled to find the phone to call for the courtesy bus, followed by a wait in the cold for the bus. Delivered to the parking area with absolutely no guidance as to whereabouts the bus had stopped. The bus driver got off the bus and I had to chase him to find out where I might find the zone where my car was - no guidance while driving. He pointed to a lamppost in the distance and suggested I started walking (in the cold and dark with luggage). Parking area is VERY poorly lit and surrounded by industrial units - I did not feel safe. Tightly parked and the number of potholes and poor lighting combined to make it difficult to manoeuvre around the car park, when I finally got the car sufficiently warmed up and defrosted to drive. Would never use again.

Booking not registered when arriving, had to contact assistance to enter car park. On exit, first ticket machine did not work. Second machine stated over £140 to pay (with a prebooked ticket). Eventually resolved. The human part was very good, but they should not have been needed to intervene!

I was not allowed to use my priority booking because I only had the number code as the email confirmation had still not been sent to me 20-30 minutes after purchase. This is impossible! I was only lucky that the general queue was short enough to make my flight.

Booked online, but due to some error at carpark end, there was no note of our booking. The 'faceless' voices we had to deal with at the barrier were less than helpful as English was their second language. We were eventually told to press the button for a ticket and sort it out on our return - only to find the barrier was not functioning! This was not a good start to our holiday. On return we went to the Customer Services Office only to find that it was unmanned and yet again had to speak to a 'faceless' voice. Yet again, we were not on the system and had to explain everything that we had gone through on arrival. Eventually, after a long wait, the barrier was opened when we put the ticket in - not impressed at all!!

When I arrived, the on-line booking would not allow me to enter. When leaving, the machine tried to charge me twice (for something I has already paid for on-line). Very unhappy about this.

Can't even get the billing correct! At the exit barrier, I was presented with message that there was £184 to pay, despite having a pre-paid ticket. Yes, the attendants managed to sort it out, but only after delay and inconvenience. How hard can it be to get a computer billing system that works?
