I booked Priority Parking for my wife as it is important to me that she has a safe nearby parking place at the airport while she travels on short trips. I don't mind paying a premium for the Priority Parking as it meets these requirements. Getting out of the Parking area, however, never seems to be straightforward. The barrier refused to lift when my wife tried to exit. Her Debit Card was demanded and a further £68 taken from my account in return for passage off the property. That aded up to a sum in excess of £100 for a little over 24 hours in the Parking lot. Less than satisfactory. When I called for a refund, I was told I have to send an email. You have much to learn before you can claim "Excellent".

Good afternoon I have telephoned yourself directly to explain the situation in this case. On this occasion the registration given did not match the vehicle registration which entered the car park. The system as then treated this ticket as a normal roll up rate and has asked for payment directly. I have since refunded this back to the card used to make payment on the day. We do have a team available 24/7 on the car park to assist with any issues and would have been able to intervene on the day to ensure no overcharge would have happened. I trust you are satisfied with this response and explains what happened on the day. Also hope everything else went smoothly and as planned on your visit to our car park and you will continue to use our service.

We thought we had booked a great deal but when our flight was unexpectedly delayed by 6 hours we were charged almost half as much again to leave the car park. There were a few people in the same situation and we got varying degrees of help when queried with the staff. One supervisor lady managed to get one customers fee reduced down to a third, unfortunately the chap dealing with me could not do the same process. Very disappointing, thought that using the flight number to book the air park may have made allowance for airline delays. Please be aware that excess charges can be made if your flight is delayed.

Like most things at Aberdeen Airport, a poor service. Had to walk to the airport terminal as no bus was available, it was parked up without a driver. On return, I called for a bus using the call point, it turned up 10 minutes later then sat for a further 15 minutes despite it being 23:00 with no other flight incoming. I was also charged extra for my flight being delayed for 4 hours. The office at the long stay car park was shut, with no one available to help.

Everything went smoothly until we turned up at the parking barrier at the airport. On pressing the button to raise the barrier no ticket was issued. We guessed that the booking code might be required to exit the parking. Upon return from our trip (5th July) when we tried to exit the parking we were asked for a ticket, which we didn't have. We phones for assistance at the barrier and the operator insisted that we should have one, which we didn't. My wife went to speak to the operator - a very rude and unhelpful woman who refused to give her name when asked - who insisted that we were given a ticket on entrance - which we weren't - and grudgingly issued a new one. For £99, this was terrible service especially after having returned from Florida where people were falling over themselves trying to help you.

When we first arrived to your servisair lounge I was attended to a young girl who was obviously new in the job or very poorly trained in customer services When I offered her my name and booking confirmation she could not find either and when repeated the confirmation number three times and showed her the email confirmation on my phone. (I didn't print it off), things did not get any better, then your manager or next in charge arrived she was rude impertinent and thoroughly embarrassed myself and my wife by way of basically accusing me of trying to trick my way into the lounge , eventually when she stopped talking over the top me she eventually realised that I had paid and allowed us into your hallowed turf. The facilities were poor in relation to others I have used in the past and I was not in impressed at all with hospitality services in aberdeen airport at all perhaps you should refresh your staffs training as I think it is badly needed. If you were to refund me for my poor experience feel free to contact me on info@balmedieph.co.uk my name is Mr Gill

Absolutely ridiculous price. How can a stay of less than 36 hours justify a cost of £25.99??? There was no transport from the car park to the terminal. Another case of Aberdeen Airport ripping off their customers.

The lounge has gone downhill since we used it last. There are now far less choice of savoury snacks on offer, there were empty bottles of spirits so we had to ask for them to be replenished on arrival, the reception staff were by far in a way the rudest I have ever encountered at a Servisair lounge. The greeting was non existant, my booking form was snatched from my hand and my 5 year old daughter was looked at like an unwanted object. There could only have been 6 or so people in the lounge at the time we arrived and with two members of staff on the desk I would have expected standards and the level of service to be far higher. For a fee just shy of £60 this was most definietly not value for money and I will not be booking this facillity again. It's a discrace.

returned to car after holiday to a broken windscreen, reported it to manager who promptly pushed a document under my nose and told read paragraph 5.3 " You park your car at your own risk... we take no responsibility to damage caused while parked" Don't think I will be using this parking in future holidays ... would like to think someone looks after my car when your away.... but sadly just wanting your money!!

Although my booking was pre-paid, at the exit barrier I was asked to paid £52.?? Had to contact control room to point this out. Was asked to remove my ticket & re-enter. Still had request to paid again. The controller offered no apologies & just said "okay I will left barrier".

parking was fine - getting out was a problem. although i had prebooked, and received a ticket i couldn't exit due to not being on the system database for some reason? to add insult to injury, if i had paid at exit gate i would have saved £7 for time i was there as opposed to the fee i had paid for prebooking as it stands, i had to return to car park office, wait for a further 15 minutes in order for the attendant to check whether i was on list or not, return to my car, then go back to office to be issued a ticket a further 10 minutes later to let me out overall for a service that i expected to get off a plane, walk to my car and not have to queue and leave quickly... ended up that I had to pay more money and wait a further 25 minutes in order to exit the car park #wasnthappyatthetimeicantellyou
