Had to use a Disabled Space due to being a Blue Badge holder with limited mobility, honed prior to booking and was told my car would be under cover for duration it was at the car park, this is wrong, as Disabled Bays are outside, unless you upgrade to Priority Parking, also needed assistance, woman at kiosk very unhelpful, all she said was to pick up courtesy phone opposite airport for someone from BAA to come and help me, all in all not a very good experience at Aberdeen Airport.

On arrival on the Friday our booking could not be found even though I had taken a printout of the paperwork. Eventually we were given a ticket by an operator to enter the car park and park up. On our return on Sunday afternoon, the ticket we had been issued would not allow us to exit and requested us to pay £66. It took two people over 30 minutes to find our booking on paper and issue a ticket to exit. The whole episode cost us over 45 minutes in time and a great deal of anxiety.

2 / out of 3 times I have used the short stay in the last couple of months the ticket has not been accepted at the barrier even though I have prepaid. I then spend 10 mins at the pay kiosk as they go through the motions of finding my ticket even though I have a copy of the payment. The service is atrocious. t.callan48@gmail.com

I prepaid for the parking but at the exit the machine by the barrier did not accept my ticket. It took several conversations with, and many attempts by, an operator to get the barrier lifted. Several times the ticket was thrown out of the machine, which meant that I had to reverse the car, fetch the ticket in heavy rain and drive back to the barrier. Also, I find the parking charges to be extortionately high, it is a form of legalised robbery. It has now got close to the point where the parking charges are higher than the cost of the flight, and that includes a hefty Air Passenger Duty. Welcome to Rip-Off Britain!

every time we have used this (4 times now) the exit machine has not worked saying we are due £100's of pounds. Slightly frustrating

Bus didn't turn up after waiting 20 minuets, had to run half way and jump in a taxi to ensure I made my checkin.

As i left the car park I was stopped at the barrier and was informed that I had not paid, I had paid in advance. I had to reverse and park and go to the booth to be informed that I had indeed paid - which I knew and that there was a computer problem. Not good enough - if you sell something as priority then you need to deliver the service.

I have used priority parking a couple of times and find it a bit frustrating that on a number if occasions I have had to reverse from the exit Barrier to return to the ticketing office to rectify the ticket as I am always charged more that what has been pre-payed.

Every time there is an issue with the machines on check out - this time the pre-pay was not recognised. Last time it chewed my credit card and didnt return and I was stuck blocking an exit for 30minutes while the cheap labour failed to sort a solution. For some horrendously expensive parking I would expect an efficient system at a minimum.

The purchase was a complete waste of money. I had the e-mail on my telephone and the woman had no idea what she was looking at. After lots of fumbling about she told me to go and get another boarding pass. Because she did not know what she was doing I ended up taking longer to get through that the people who did not pay for priority security. I eventually changed the image on my phone to scan my boarding pass and ended up going through priority security anyway (without proving that I had paid). Unlikely I will purchase again as it seems to add time, instead of saving it. Stewart

My booking and pre-payment "disappeared" from the system, so rather than saving time I had to go to the booth, where the very helpful assistant had to go through a long and time consuming process to get me out of the car park at the fee I had already paid. Luckily I took a copy of the confirmation otherwise i have no idea how long it would have taken.

upon return from my trip (around 1pm, 20th April 2014), I called for bus pick up using the phone at the bus stop in front of the airport. The operator said he will call the bus to the terminal. After 10mins, there was no bus coming. I called again, and the operator said he will give the bus a call and get them over. Still no bus coming. I called again the 3rd time, same reply and I explained it was my 3rd time calling. After another 15mins, I decided to walk to the car park area. I saw the bus at the bus stand, the driver reading a magazine/book at his seat. I wonder what really happened to all my phone calls and requests...this is ridiculous and seems that some of the people working and manning up the Long Term Stay park services are not attending to their duty?

Hi Parking is handy and on line system very good The only thing for me is the full day charge of par of a day If I go 30 minutes into the next day I have to pay the FULL amount, in my opinion this is a complete rip off Why do you do this, apart from getting extra free money. Parking place will be taken so double charges I doubt you will bother to reply Respectfully Submiited Jim Sugden

On exiting the car park the machine did not recognise my prepaid ticket. I phoned helpline which was answered after a few minutes. I explained situation, registration number etc, I was told to wait where I was as somebody was coming up to see me. A person arrived in a van and said they had no record of my booking on the system and demanded my reference number. I was able to provide this on my mobile phone, they then asked was I sure I had booked parking at Aberdeen, again I was able to demonstrate that the booking on my phone did state Aberdeen. Eventually they opened barrier and let me out, the episode lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. Not impressed with the technology or the attitude when I was able to present the evidence

When plans are changed, it is not possible to change charge for parking. Really annoying. Also, the cost is now so high, that it is cheaper to take a taxi to/from the airport
