“The help offered was geared to ME, rather than an off the shelf sales pitch. Lots of time spent checking facts, how I live my life, what I would need both in terms of the service offered and in terms of the culture of the organisation. Lots of time spent asking specific questions of the shortlisted providers, and getting back to me. A really customer focussed service - not just the usual lip service paid to the customers needs”
