“ The worst customer service!!! After DPD failed to deliver our 2nd lot of tables, they were returned to Adexa. We had to pay a £24 redelivery fee and were them told that the tables had since been sold and we no longer in stock, but were still deducting a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely speechless, and after several emails to Ella the customer service agent, all she would say is its as per the T&C's. Never ordering from them again. ”

“ Do not buy anything from this company there customer service is terrible received damaged goods asked for a refund but asked to fill a return form first which said I had to pay for the goods to be returned and handling charges I refused I quoted my consumer rights that damaged goods postage was to be paid for by the retailer contacted my bank about a cashback and informed them about the situation guess what received a refund straightaway. ”
