“The engineer did a good job. Only problem he turned up at 8.30am when I had specified after 9am and I didn't get a phone call telling me he was on his way - so I wasn't ready when he called.”

“Ok service, fixed price to check for problems but a little frustrated at the final cost.... having agreed the initial fee before the installer had been on the roof he seemed very keen not to have to go up and down too many times ‘for the sake of my roof’ so took up a new head and after discussion with me a new dish as well. Surely if it was just a straight new dish fitting that should have beenall I was charged ..... clearly not! Ended up with a £240 bill..... after being told I’ll do it for £200! Won’t be using again. They seem eager to upsell and are not cheap...... get other quotes if you have the time.”

“Arrived at the agreed time, friendly service from Shain, no messing, identified the problem and offered me two solutions. Can't tell you if the price was reasonable but I was happy to pay. My TV picture has been great and my selection of channels has increased by 40. Would highly recommend”

“Aerialforce were able to send out an engineer the next day to sort out our mix of aerial, dish and cables. Rang half an hour before as promised and comprehensive survey by very competent and friendly engineer. Nothing was too much trouble and he diagnosed aerial was still efficient but distribution awry. He gave a comprehensive estimate and spent time sorting out and repairing the various feeds to get them working again. As my husband has Parkinsons and has demenentia TV is essential for us and JD was most understanding in making the setup efficient for us. Bravo and we shall recommend your firm. Pat Tunbridge Wells.”

“Arrived on time nice friendly chap. Got my tele up and running very quickly. Was more expensive than I had budgeted for as previous owners in the property said as aerial was already there it was just a matter of plugging tv in, but at least it is working now.”

“Apauled by the pressure sale tactics and complete disregard for customer services. Ive tried to call the office 10 times in one day to discuss the poor service and ive been totally ignored by management and general staff. Be very carfull with this company . Pressure sale and i assume comission sraff are awful. G”

“The Engineer was amazing. The house was chaos as I was in the middle of moving in with removal vans. He just set to and did the job with zero fuss. I have perfect signal as we were unable to check at the time of installation. I'm so impressed and very grateful to the Engineer. I wish I could remember his name but I was so stressed with the move. I'm sure you have a record. He was brilliant and a credit to your company.”

“Such quick response, request made on-line on Sunday pm 03/12/17, and loft are cable replaced by 09.00hrs on Monday 04/12/17!! Now that's what I call excellent service. Many thanks.”

“The srevice wasvery prompt. The engineer was very polite and made sure I knew what choices I had. He carried out the work quickly and was careful to ensure I was satisfied. At the moment the situation has improved.”

“What a joke, took an afternoon off work for a 1-6pm appointment. After three telephone conversations i was assured an engineer would arrive, 5.20 the call comes, no engineer ! They advertise same day, what a joke, can’t even deliver next day, stay clear from these jokers !!!”
