“Kevin was polite and explained what was to be done,for my needs.The only issue was the cost,I felt the price was rather high,but I paid because I was anxious to get my aerial sorted out.”

“engineer suggested that a loft aerial would work just as well as an outdoor one and sure enough we now get an extremely good picture. After re-tuning the tv in the kitchen it now has 127 channels (i know, i will never watch more than about 4)”

“I was happy with the work you did for me, I was disappointed with the technician who came into my house with dirty boots, he looked at his boots and said they where clean, my carpet is cream so I had to clean up after him when he left. I wasn't happy.”

“Engineer arrived and gave an extortionate quote! When I turned this down immediately the company rang me and offered another quote £50ish less. Engineer fitted dish and connected and didn't try freesat/television for us! He thought batteries in the remote were flat so said "you'll have to do it manually" and then left. When I checked, the plug was out at the back and the two cables he connected were loose and had come out! I had to finish the job myself. Would not recommend to have this done again by you! The only thing in your favour is that you turned up when you said you would! I got the feeling that because I refused your first quote that the engineer wasn't the least bit interested in me at all!”

“The issue was fixed pretty quickly and the chap was friendly and knowledgeable. The communication from aeriel force was pretty poor and the chap was 2 hours late to the 4 hour time slot given to me.”

“Booked a 9-12 slot on a Monday having taken time off work. Rang at 1pm to ask where the engineer is and to be told I’m the next job. Rang again at 2,3 and 4pm and was told he’s on his way. Got a call at 5pm to say he’s not coming now until the next day. So I had to book the following day off work expecting an early visit but he didn’t come until 2pm. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and also had to pay £200 to put the tv on the wall using my exsisting bracket. So effectively screw some holes in wall and put some screws into the tv to hang cost £200.”
