“I discovered Aerial Force on the Web in the morning, got a visit from them in the afternoon and had a Satellite Dish and loft aerial fitted that day. The whole process was very efficient, and the engineer, Russell, was professional and friendly. He understood what was required and installed the equipment in a neat and tidy fashion. I would definitely recommend Aerial Force”

“The guy turned upon on time and identified the problem quickly offering a number of options to fix it. The issue is I as charged £129 plus vat for a part I subsequently saw on Amazon for less than £40. If you use this company , watch out for the expensive mark up”

“Let me start by saying the service was excellent the engineer was very friendly and solved my problem in 30 minutes for that would give 5 star's however they let their self down on price both the website and the information you get on the phone is to say the least misleading you don't get free estimate on repairs you will be paying £59.00+vat when the engineer turns up at your property whether you need a diagnostic or not in my case it was not needed as I needed a new LND that cost £30.00 on Amazon as much as I told the girl that on the phone she would not give me a price so I was under the impression I would be paying £59.00+parts+vat however that was not the case when the engineer got here he told me it will cost £154.80 to replace the LAD that took him 30 minutes very excessive labour cost feel I have been ripped off so if you use this service for a repair be very careful don’t get ripped off like I did”

“Came same day, diagnosed and easily fixed the problem but charges were much more than I had been led to believe and certainly not justifiable for the time taken especially as I was not told the total price in advance or asked if I wanted the work done. Friendly and efficient but I would have chosen to re-tune the televisions myself had I know the extra charge!”

“HI Excellent service from engineer Sean, he set up a new TV , the service from the speed of getting an appointment for the same day was amazing . Booking again soon to have a TV put on the wall. will definitely tell all my friends very proffessional and great customer services, something you get very little of nowadays. Excellent service, easy to book online. arrived same day within an hour. Will definitely use again, and will recommend to family and friends. The engineer Sean was very polite, and friendly, new TV all set up nicely.”

“Organised on a sunday they came out monday morning first thing! Life saver with no tv and 3 kids! Fast, efficient and professional. Process changed a few times since quote so check all pricing but worth the cost as other companies are more expensive. Super work Macaulay Adam's! Really friendly down to earth guy, Thank you for your excellent work 👍”

“Came out promptly, we were notified 30 minutes prior of engineers arrival. Excellent thorough job, nothing was too much trouble. Paul Lappin, the engineer was was very aware of current restrictions and took trouble to self isolate and even though he sanitised his hands he still told us exactly what he had touched. He wore a mask at all times. Thank you for such excellent service.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I asked for a free estimation for aerial signal problems and was told they would come out for a "diagnostic". They then charged me £60 stating I needed a new aerial which I already knew. On top I was told a new basic tv aerial would cost £265! I declined. But they still charged me £60 for the "diagnostic" which I was fooled into believing was a free quote/estimation. Be aware of this trick this company uses. I have complained but basically was told a "diagnostic" will cost £60 mo matter what. I feel I have been ripped off and hoodwinked. My recommendation is do not use this company.”

“Your half wit engineer left me without picture on 4 tvs yet before he turned up they was perfect all i needed doing was my original pole straightening up the wind had blew one bracket off after two visits by him and paying before he started work i had no picture bad attitude ignorant would not touch you again with a barge pole”
