“Engineer arrived on time, and was very helpful and efficient in getting to the root of the problem and fixing it. Even found his way through a non-std remote control handset, and liaised with Sky for me in arranging the set-up, due to a profound hearing problem that I have. Top-man, top service too !!!”

“Satellite is working fine and Sean was very polite and friendly the price and costs was a bit expensive but I suppose that is what I get for being a private tenant I have only given you 3 stars due to the fact that the satellite engineer put my name incorrect on the invoice when I called the aerial force office they didn't care less and was of no help to me whatsoever very bad customer services considering I hired them a service. Won't be using this satellite company again due to bad customer services JeffreyLuke Boswell”

“Absolutely brilliant. Best customer service ever. I have spoken to 2 ladies and 1 gentleman (to set up the engineer's visit) and all 3 of them were ultra efficient, courtious, and extremely helpful. The engineer visited when promised and he was exactly the same. Fitting now booked in. Excellent service all round. Recommend them highly.”

“Ricky St John carried out the work in a very professional way and was helpful and friendly , He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had to ask him . He also left everything clean and tidy after finishing . I will definitely recommend Aerialforce if they want good reliable service ! He arrived on time and I am very happy with the CCTV he installed !”

“Paul came to our home and was efficient and polite I was very impressed and pleased with the work he did and he left no mess we love the tv where is now is on the wall. I was very nervous about if it would fall off the wall and he was so encouraging and explained it all to us can't praise him enough great work great guy and would definitely use his service again... : ) ...Geoff & Kay Stainer Lee on solent...”
