“Do not use this company ! We booked an appointment yesterday 23rd Dec for a faulty tv aeriel and were assured of next day service . We mentioned we were not available 1-2.30 but told this wasn’t a problem . Today a phone call around lunchtime assured us they would be here by 6pm ... at 3pm we were phoned and told engineer finishing last job and we couldn’t be fitted in . Very poor service on Christmas Eve as they now can’t come for 3 days . If we’d known this would happen we could have phoned someone else this morning and probably got a call out today . So now no tv for 3 days over Christmas . Definitely won’t use or recommend this company again”

“Asked for a price on the internet late on a Friday night, got a call first thing on Saturday to arrange for an engineer to visit us. They also called ahead to let us when they would arrive, we were not in so they gave us another slot two hours later without any problems. We needed one freeview aerial and and FM aerial with a splitter to serve two adjoining houses and two signal boosters. The engineer provided a price on the spot and also was able to the do the installation right away. It around two hours. Faultless service and installation, would use them again and would recommend Aerialforce to friends and family.”

“I was out when he arrived but my son new what we wanted they got on very well when I got home he was very nice to me and told me I can get the programs I wanted I am very pleased and he did all that we wanted done.”

“So helpful and friendly. We were moving in when he came and he waited patiently out side in the van. He went through everything with me. Also offered help carry stuff upstairs as I’m pregnant. We called in 21 Dec in morning, they came later that day, still morning.”

“Excellent service. Identified the fault quickly. Pleasent technician and respected our property by taking off his footwear while inside. Once the fault was identified, the technician explained what the problem was and how he was going too rectify the fault. Once again, excellent service.”
