“I received a rapid response to my enquiry to both my email and a subsequent visit with an engineer coming the same day that I made an enquiry. He arrived at the booked time slot and was efficient giving me information re the problem and the solutions. It was value for money.”

“The company are very efficient and affordable. I was given a appointment on the same day. I needed two TVs mounted on the wall. The guy who came out was very good at his job and provided a first class service. I would recommend Aerialforce . Thank you so much”

“Had an appointment booked between 12:00-18:00 at 16:30 I called to check they were still coming. I was told not to worry as he was on his way at 18:10 still hadn’t arrived. Called back to be told by recorded message that they were now closed. Wasted day waiting around for nothing, don’t waste your time using this company.”

“The engineer turned up on time, and wasted no time in installing a suitable aerial on the roof. Now have full access to all Freeview channels. Very happy with the service. From first contact via the website to job done? Less than 5 hours. Impressive.”

“Nice guy and very knowledgeable. I was just expecting to get a quote for Freesat but the reception problem was resolved by replacing the aerial rather than moving to satellite. Would have been 5stars but it was Very expensive !”

“The quote was misleading, the price for an aerial installed does not include the cable?, plus beware that they don't add the £49 +vat survey fee onto the cost of your aerial quote( excluding the cable that attaches it to your tv) as I was told on the phone that if I got the install the same day it would come off the total price. It ended up costing just over £200 to get an aerial installed. Beware that the price you get quoted, will not be the price you pay! Aerials from £69 you must have to install it yourself!”
