“The quote was misleading, the price for an aerial installed does not include the cable?, plus beware that they don't add the £49 +vat survey fee onto the cost of your aerial quote( excluding the cable that attaches it to your tv) as I was told on the phone that if I got the install the same day it would come off the total price. It ended up costing just over £200 to get an aerial installed. Beware that the price you get quoted, will not be the price you pay! Aerials from £69 you must have to install it yourself!”

“The technician arrived promptly, only 2 hours after I contacted the company. He was very thorough, testing all the various cables and aerials in my new home before giving me his diagnostic views of the issue. He explained the different options and the cost of each to solve the problem. The fee was very reasonable. It was excellent service, and I will definitely use the company again if needed. Thank you!”
