“1418 booked a visit, engineer arrived at appox. 1530 on the same day. Just over an hour later the engineer had diagnosed the problem, fitted a new masthead amplifier, a new high gain aerial and retuned the TV. First class speedy service and kept informed at all times from booking.”

“I received a quote of £464.00 to install a high gain aerial at my home. Two days later a local installer did the same work for £128.00. One hell of a difference in price.Shop around.”

“I think it was daylight robbery that I was charge £136 for a 10 minute job and the "engineer" did not even go on to my roof. I am still being told I have 49% signal so there is something wrong with my aerial - though he did not check it. He just replaced the point inside.”

“Excellent service and very efficient. The communal dish system kept breaking down, and I had enough, so decided to have my own sat dish. Aerial Force were very quick to respond and engineer came the same day. He was very polite and kind natured. He kept his social distance and wore a mask in my flat. Very impressed. Highly recommend this company.”

“Fitted TV to the wall and trunked the cable for me and did a good job, I paid over the odds for the trunking £75 plus vat (£10.99 inc vat on Amazon) and 5M HDMI lead for £55 plus vat (£9.99 inc vat on Amazon) but wasn't allowed to buy my own if I wanted installer to fit it, I'm not confident enough to do this so didn't really have much choice. Total price including vat was £388.80”

“Nice enough fitter cane out to quote. I didn’t like the hard sell though - if I sign up there and then they’d give me £50 off the list price and a better aerial. I explained from the outset that I was getting multiple quotes and would not be making a decision that day. Was told to be careful of ‘local fitters who just get cheap aerials from Argos and fit them’. I’ve gone with a local fitter with an excellent reputation, and the price is £100 cheaper than Aerialforcs, for 2 sockets instead of the one quoted by Aerialforce.”

“Sadly, I didn't catch the gentleman's name who visit my property to assess our aerial. However, I must say he was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed with every step he was taking and explained what we needed. In addition to this, I want to add I was very impressed with the general service from the beginning when calling to arrange a visit. When I called I was told they could get someone to me on the say day which well exceeded my expectations. Slightly later after the call, I was called by the office to advise that sadly the technician was stuck at another job so wouldn't be able to get to me but could come the next day. I want to add I wasn't expecting anyone for at least a week as this is what I'm normally used to when arranging these kinds of visits. So although the visit was delayed by a day, I was very impressed with the turnaround and the office members called me regularly to keep me updated as to when and what time the technician would be with me. Overall, I'm very impressed!”

“Easy booking on the web site, the engineer came a few days later after phoning to say about what time he will arrive. He replaced the LNB on the satellite dish, checked everything was working as it should be and was away again about half an hour later. All very good and pleased with the service as we now have a working freesat box again.”
