The charged my card but have never shipped the item. 15 attempts made to contact them and never once have I actually had a response or someone answer at customer service. I finally recieved the trigger today but no idea if the other items will ever show. Today is 1/16/25. They are probably going to file chap 11 and have made one last money grab with the sale incentives last year.”
“I have ordered from Aero Precision before and I have been very happy with their products. However, on 4 Jan I ordered a charging handle and I never received an order confirmation but my credit card was charged. I tried calling on 16 Jan and hung up after being on hold for 3 and 1/2 hours (had them on speaker while I worked). I tried the chat but I was #151 and the numbers were moving slowly. I submitted a return item request maybe that will get their attention.”
“No one to talk to. Eternal hold times. Cant do the online chat cause u get kicked out of the que b4 you ever get anyone. I ordered Nov27th and its Jan 16th and they still havent shipped the lower. I actually reached someone after 90 mnts on hold back when i was ordering about their discount code. The person was completely indifferent and unhelpful. I should have relized then they were garbage and went a different way then. They are trash. Cant say how the product is cause i cant get it”

“I gave them two stars only because I have two Aero rifles that look great and run flawlessly. Those rifles took months to arrive and Aero blamed the delay on the state laws changing. My recent order “in stock products” has taken five weeks to start arriving and the upper receiver is still in processing. Next time I’ll pay more if needed to purchase from a company that doesn’t drag their feet or mislead me by saying items are in stock when they’re not.”
“I work in the firearms industry. Their shipping times and customer service response times are horrific. Orders for "in stock" items take a month to ship. When you do get ahold of them they will tell you an "in stock" item is at anodizing or cerakote. If it isn't a finished good, it isn't in stock. They advertise Stag items as "contract overrun"...they own Stag. Some would call that deceptive business practice.
Love the product, but the business side has gotten worse and worse.”

Status has not changed on my order for almost a month and good luck getting ahold of them I tried the online chat and say I. The que 3 times for over 30 mi utes just for them to disconnect me and send me an email saying I missed the chat after, I emailed and never received a response, and never got ahold of anyone through phone either. I am starting to see there is a reason they don’t have the ability to cancel your order from your order. There are plenty of other brands that are as good if not better that know customer care and I will give my money to them.”

They took my money for an in stock item that stated will ship in 5 days. That was over a month ago. Can’t get them on the phone for a refund.

“Wow I thought I was alone but looks like everyone has the same problem. Even if the quality is good, I don’t like being in the dark about my order and not have anyone respond to my inquiries. I mean I could have ordered it from some other company and paid more but at least I would have it by now. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my order. I ordered a barrel that they emailed me about. I assumed it was in stock because they emailed me but I find out they make to order. Wtf it’s a barrel ! Make it and stock or don’t send the email as if you have it !!! I think I’m gonna cancel it, I could prolly learn how to make one myself faster then they will send it.”
“trash customer support/service. got an order number confirmation email and that's about it, 5 days later and no tracking info, submitted 2 help requests and have yet to get a response. tried to call and talk to someone like I prefer and all I finally got was a voicemail saying sorry no one is here. not sure why they have such terrible sources from customers to receive help with their orders. I've had a better time getting support from a scam sight. I then broke down and sat in the que for the online chat support, waited over and hour then got kicked out when I left my computer for a few minutes to go to the bathroom. I'm just appalled at how bad of an experience I'm receiving with this company. hopefully I get my product and I'll never use them again and I'll preach to anyone who will listen NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.”
