This company is commiting fraud. I spoke with my attorney about this transaction ORDER # 111280547 By the looks of this a class action lawsuit is totally warranted and needs to happen. They took my money for an in stock item that stated will ship in 5 days. That was over a month ago. Can’t get them on the phone for a refund. I am currently discussing with my attorney for a lawsuit. Only thing people like this understand.

Wow I thought I was alone but looks like everyone has the same problem. Even if the quality is good, I don’t like being in the dark about my order and not have anyone respond to my inquiries. I mean I could have ordered it from some other company and paid more but at least I would have it by now. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my order. I ordered a barrel that they emailed me about. I assumed it was in stock because they emailed me but I find out they make to order. Wtf it’s a barrel ! Make it and stock or don’t send the email as if you have it !!! I think I’m gonna cancel it, I could prolly learn how to make one myself faster then they will send it.

trash customer support/service. got an order number confirmation email and that's about it, 5 days later and no tracking info, submitted 2 help requests and have yet to get a response. tried to call and talk to someone like I prefer and all I finally got was a voicemail saying sorry no one is here. not sure why they have such terrible sources from customers to receive help with their orders. I've had a better time getting support from a scam sight. I then broke down and sat in the que for the online chat support, waited over and hour then got kicked out when I left my computer for a few minutes to go to the bathroom. I'm just appalled at how bad of an experience I'm receiving with this company. hopefully I get my product and I'll never use them again and I'll preach to anyone who will listen NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Took my money and never shipped the product. Sent emails and tried calling for a refund. Zero response!!! Going on 5 months now

Just read everyone else’s comments and mine is the same. That’s not how I do business and they shouldn’t either. If you tell me 3 weeks I expect it in a timely manner. I understand it’s around holidays when I ordered my order but don’t over sell your products and keep your customers dangling on a string waiting on what they have already paid for. Was a good company and it went to hell when they sold it out, apparently. More than likely my last purchase. 🤷🏼‍♂️ SMDH

No customer service they take your money with no support. I have reached out 4 times on an order older than 15 days cz with no follow up. They did email me saying they got my request for customer service. Won’t use them again.

I ordered a .936 adjustable gas block from their website, which showed the item in stock. They happily take your funds and do not ship. They also have crappy customer service. Their chat keeps you in the cue forever, then drops you right before it is your turn to speak to someone. Then they have the nerve to email, saying they missed you. The certainly know how to email marketing information multiple times a day, yet cannot respond to a customer. It is a shame, because they generally have good quality products.

Horrible company. Ordered lower parts kit Nov 29, still no shipment nor update of any kind. Tried emailing, calling, chat, no answer. Charged my card day of order inc a $3.00 international fee which smells of fraud. Beginning to really hate US companies and Aeroprecision is moving to the top of the list. And we have zero recourse to hold them accountable. Will try to have my bank declare them fraudulent and reverse the charges. But my bank sucks too so I'm probably screwed.

Worst customer service ever in have been on hold twice for hours with no answer on live chat as well as phone no on answers ever. Do not use this company I been waiting for my order almost a month now sooo annoying

Ordered a Solus pistol beginning of October 2024 said in stock, now 12/30/24 and no update have been trying to reach someone for the last month there customer service is non existent Buyer Beware

I purchased a 6.5 upper that showed in stock when purchased. This was at the beginning of October 2024. I received an email confirmation for the purchase. That was the last contact I had until I physically went to their place of business at the beginning of October when I returned to Washington for my holiday brake from AK. I received an email from an account specialist saying they had no stock and were expecting stock in 1-2 weeks and I would be receiving a shipping confirmation. I have not received any word from them once again. I sent another email asking about the order with no replies. I do not recommend purchasing directly from Aero Precision as their customer service is the worse I have ever had to deal with. If you do decide to make a purchase I wish you all the luck dealing with their customer service. My first 3 calls I was on hold for over 2 hours per call then got cut off. I then tied their chat line which took my 3 hours to finally chat with someone with no resolve to my case.

I’d give zero stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE. They list parts as “in stock” and processing times are 3-5 days (some parts of the site say 5-8 days), but what they don’t tell you is that those “in stock” parts have a god knows how-long lead time on assembly. Customer service is non-existent, so you can’t cancel orders in a timely manner, or even get some sort of ETA. I wish I would’ve found these reviews and the subreddit faster. I would’ve taken my money to PSA or another company from the get-go, where they actually care about their customers.

Run away from this company !!!! I purchased a “ in stock “ item and paid for priority shipping . They charged my card immediately, but never sent any type of confirmation or details on my order . They have absolutely no customer service . You can call them and get placed on hold ( automated answering service ) for hours and nobody will ever pick up no matter what option you choose . I also tried their online chat where my chats were automatically placed in 171 in the queue. I tried a few times and always started at 171 , then 250. Again , you can wait for hours and never make it even close to #1 in the queue . Each time I waited in the “ queue “ for over an hour watching the count go down but was “ disconnected “ each time. I have also emailed their customer service multiple times and again no response. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and have multiple complaints / claims filed against them , where all but one has not receiving a response from Aero. After reading their recent reviews and claims filed against them , I have realized that I made a mistake ordering from this company and hope nobody else does the same . I’ll be contacting my bank over the charge and will also file a claim against them with the better business bureau . I will never use or recommend Aero Precision again .

Everything I am reading is what exactly is happening to me. They are terrible I ordered parts two years ago no problem.now this nightmare I think I will have my bank freeze the account and get my money my back.

BEWARE!! Aero Precision was a wonderful manufacturer of AR-15 and AR-10 components to build your own rifle. I have used them in the past, and love the parts I bought. But in the second half of 2024, Aero Precision changed. They charged my credit card immediately, and then didn't ship my products. It has become impossible to talk with their customer service. They act like a company about to fail and go bankrupt, after burning through your money. After THREE MONTHS of unfulfilled promises to ship, I got my bank to forcibly reverse the credit card charges. I bought "in stock" parts in September 2024. AP promised 1-3 week shipping times. I used their chat feature to ask customer service for an updated shipping estimate. It took quite awhile to get a customer service agent, but I finally got one. They didn't know when it would ship specifically, but reiterated that in stock inventory ships within 3 weeks. After a month, the chat feature got impossibly long to wait for. I used their web form, and got an email saying their staff was working on getting me an answer. Multiple web form inquiries never received any answer. I resorted to calling. First, they reduced their telephone hours (closing at 3 pm). Their wait times stretched into 2 to 3 hours. If I called at 12:30 pm, it would become 3 pm and they would hang up. If I called earlier, after 3 hours of waiting they hung up. I did get through on the phone one time. The agent told me that the assembly I ordered was not, actually, in stock; they had most components, but had delayed the order waiting for one final component (a handguard). It was expected to ship about 11 weeks after my order. She offered me a $50 store credit for my trouble, which I took. But you can't use that without ordering something else. I did that, but AP never shipped that part either. They have now removed the customer service chat feature from their website. They don't answer web form inquiries. They don't advertise their phone number, although you get it if you place an order. They don't have an email address. If you go to "Contact Us", there are only articles about their products - there is no way to actually contact them short of showing up at their front door. Finally, in late December 2024, whenever I call, they don't even put me on hold any more. Their phone message simply says, “We are sorry. No one is available to take your call. Please try again later.” No one will be there later, either. Throughout all of this, they continued to send me daily emails teasing great parts, flashy new paint schemes, seasonal discounts, and blemished part discounts. All the emails do is rub salt in the wound of them keeping my money without shipping any parts. Today, they still advertise 3-5 day shipping times (1-2 weeks for FFL items) -- which is not true. I am deeply sad to lose this manufacturer -- but I advise you not to trust them now. They will take your money (charge your credit card), and I fear you will become one of thousands of unpaid creditors when the company is liquidated. If you find Aero Precision components sold by other retailers, I expect they should still be well made components and ship promptly -- until the retailers can't restock AP parts either. :-(

They do not email back, I ordered Xmas presents a month ago. I have no idea what is going on. No one answers the phone you are on hold for hours. if you try to text through them if your not constantly moving your phone your thrown to the back of the line, and trust me there is normally 160 plus people waiting to text them. Horrible costumer service. They sure took my money, I just don't have a clue where my gifts are. I'M NOT HAPPY!! If your in any hurry to get something this is not the company to use......
