“We’ve used Agoda over many years. We love the website and have only ever had one problem (when we paid thru Agoda but then paid again direct to the hotel... we had a real problem getting our money back).”
“It is a reasonably good system for booking but the points system can’t be used on all bookings. I haven’t been able to use it at all on any Australian bookings. Also some of my reasent bookings would have been cheaper if I booked directly with hotel.”
