This company is not worth even one star. Shocking service. No sofa after 7 months and no communication from them at all. Wouldn’t refund deposit and won’t give a delivery date it just keeps getting pushed back time after time. Shocking customer service. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

They should be investigated the company is cheating people out of their hard earned money. They should us a 2-3 seater sofas which we waited for 5 months when it arrived it was Broken and of poor quality, another 5 months of waiting still not repaired so I have asked for a refund which they have refused please do not buy anything from this company.

Never buy any product with AHF very bad quality. They offer 10 year manufacturer warranty but they never do service. I have bought leather bed and it was so delicate and when my 5 years daughter is sat on Foot board the internal structure was broken. I have call the customer service for warranty. They have charged $60 for visit. HomeServe furniture guys visit and reported its no covered as it was accidental damage its not manufacturer problem. I have lost another $60 unnecessarily other than buying the product from this stupid company. I have already informed and passed the message in my whole community and suggested not to buy any products from AHF.

We purchased two reclining sofas and a chair from ahf Peterborough october 2018 from day one there have been problems one sofa had to have an arm replaced three lots of surveyors out who say there is nothing wrong with the fabric. This furniture is used during November to February as it is in the lounge we use a room overlooking the garden the rest of the year. We phoned them again in January this year ordered and paid 435 for two replacement seat covers for the chair and one seat on the sofa totally worn out and threadbare delivery 4 to 6 weeks. Yesterday a phone call advised week commencing 10th may for it to be at their warehouse. My husband called them today first the warehouse was closed then it was open then it was British made no it wasn't coming from abroad as we had already been told by one of there former employees cheap Chinese fabric we asked for our money back but now have to wait another week. After paying 3400 plus 435 the furniture is worthless we cant even give it away. Do not buy anything from these so disappointing as we are senior citizens and can't afford to replace this

Do not buy carpets from ahf. I brought one of the most expensive carpets in the shop & after 8 weeks it has worn out! Ahf have said it’s down to how I have maintained it even though I Hoover daily & we don’t wear shoes in our home. My carpet that has been down 8 years is in better condition than my new one! In the pics is the difference when I pulled my sofa out. They have not arranged for anyone to come & view how bad it is just said they can’t Pursue my claim any further.

The most unreliable company I have ever seen . I’ve ordered a sofa 20 weeks ago and I have not received my order yet . Every time I call the customer service, they refuse to give me information about my order and they have very bad attitude .

Ask to see proof of liability insurance before buying! You will need it to claim for delivery damage!

Orderd settee and arm chair when delivered one chair leg was broken, told it would be replaced within the week six weeks later and five further phone calls one a week each time told how sorry they are and it will get sorted immediately still waiting, can't wait for Keighley store to reopen as I am going to picket and leaflet the store every sat and sun see how they like loosing possible customers

Bought £700 chair when we got it it was very uncomfortable the shop was unwilling to do anything very, very bad customer service. I will not return and will advise as many people as possible to avoid the shop. Utterly useless

Appalling customer service .. joke to call it that! Mum had a sofa delivered 3 months after order , arrived , delivery drivers tried to force it through the door , damaged the door frame quite badly . Mum purchased said sofa as she was guaranteed it could be taken apart and put back together by delivery people .. she had to ask them to stop forcing it and take the thing apart .. which they did eventually .. after they had left she could see it had been re assembled wrongly. Been emailing as no one answers the phones , no reply via emails. Annoyingly I had seen negative reviews of this company before , Mum went to a trusted department store unaware they were now owned by AHF ... Had I know I would have steered her away.

we have been waiting since before christmas for 2 replacement shelves as they were damaged on delivery. The wardrobe cost us over £1000!!!!!!

Save your money settee turned up 12 weeks late with a hole in it, lied threw teeth saying they going to give me second compo after service terrible , 31 weeks for settee replacement , good look getting one no just on time or damaged

Customer service terrible we are on second three piece suite in 4 years complained about second one when fabric started to look worn after a month of use .were told it was fabric crush also foam on seats creasing badly ,it actually looks like its 20 years old instead of 20 months .Having to buy another from another store

GUARANTEED DELIVERY - NOT! Purchased a wardrobe 15 Sep 20 with GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. Notified by text beginning of December that it would arrive 4 Jan 21. After 4 attempts to resolve the issue and after 3 promised return calls that didn’t happen, they offered me £50 as a GOOD WILL gesture, I was flabbergasted by the insult and refused the offer as I wanted my furniture as promised and contracted. Tried to blame COVID for late arrival however, a previous customer services rep told me it was due to arrive in UK 08 Dec. After wasting hours of my time the furniture arrived 4 Jan 21, 10 days after the GUARANTEED delivery date. On the plus side the gents that delivered and assembled the furniture were great, as is the furniture. Shocking customer services.

WE ARE STILL WAITING ** SEVEN MONTHS ** NOW FOR THE DELIVERY OF OUR SOFA. CUSTOMER "DON'T" CARE SERVICE ARE UTTERLY SHOCKING. WE WERE TOLD 08 JAN 2021 "IT WAS OUR FAULT FOR ORDERING IN A PANDEMIC" NOT THEIRS FOR SELLING IT TO US ADVISING "THERE WILL BE NO DELAYS IN DELIVERY DUE TO COVID". WE WERE ALSO TOLD "YOU MIGHT WANT TO REMEMBER THAT THIS IS COSTING US A FORTUNE IN DOCKS FEES" BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE THEY SAY OUR SOFA IS. WE WERE ALSO MOANED AT BECAUSE "YEAH, BUT, I'M 1 OF ONLY 5 PEOPLE OUT OF A TEAM IF 18 WHO ARE ACTUALLY BOTHERING TO WORK". WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS DELIVERY DATES, RANGING FROM OCT 2020, SEVERAL IN NOV & DEC 2020 AND THREE SO FAR FOR JAN 2021. NONE IF WHICH WERE TRUE, JUST LIE AFTER LIE PLUCKED FROM THE SKY. SO AHF, BEFORE YOU DELETE THIS - THEY BLOCKED ME FROM INSTAGRAM FOR TELLING THE TRUTH YESTERDAY - HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR DAMN JOBS. START WITH THE TRUTH. GIVE US AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND STICK TO IT. YESTERDAY YOU STARTED A CAMPAIGN PROMISING NEW CUSTOMERS DELIVERY WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM AN ONLINE ORDER. YOU CAN NOT FACILITATE AN ORDER FROM ** SEVEN MONTHS AGO ** STOP LYING AND DELIVER OUR FURNITURE. BTW - WE WERE TOLD YESTERDAY THAT WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND BECAUSE "YEAH, WELL IT'S NOT OUR FAULT YOU HAVEN'T GOT YOUR ORDER". YOU ARE FAILING ON EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL.
