Ordered and paid on full for 2 sofas in May 2021, although it was advertised on store as a 14 day delivery we were told it would be approximately 6 weeks as our items were out of stock. Quick delivery was the main factor in us buying but didn't think 6 weeks was excessive. Here we are 8 moths later and we still don't have our sofas. Been fobbed off with every possible excuse under the sun, they ring us every 2 months and give us an extended delivery date and another excuse. They've now promised a March delivery or a full refund but I'm not hopeful of either. Please don't order from Fabb Furniture, we have nothing for the over a thousand pounds we gave them apart from a few phone calls Its a shame you don't have the option for 0 stars

Absolutely appalling company, no communication couldn't care less attitude and offered us £50. We asked for a refund of our deposit after waiting 7 months for furniture and was refused

Order two sofas and a two seater sofa ,got the chairs two weeks after I order it and told on the two seater would have to wait a lead time of13weeks wrote to them on two occasions ,recorded delivery ,told them they have breached the contract and wanted t full refund No one got in touch with me then out of the blue they phoned to say it would be after Christmas talk about been led up the garden path ,when I phoned u was told they would not have the chairs back as they were ordered on different invoices ,this was not my doing it the staff who served me fault so she was the one who led me to believe my furniture so I be with me I was surely mislead in this .matter and should be entitled by law for a full refund so shoppers be aware when you go in store make sure you furniture is invoiced as one item won't recommend this store to anyone ,wouldn't mind if they have something similar to match my chairs utterly disgusted

Bought sofa 22nd July Quoted delivery date: 8th October. 6th October: we received an email saying it wouldn't arrive in warehouse until 22nd November. By this time we had already gotten rid of our old sofa. 30th November: Sofa still hasn't arrived in warehouse. £70 refund on £899 sofa and an apology from customer service. That's it. Don't 👏 buy 👏 from 👏 this 👏 company 👏 All the other reviews are absolutely true. You will be looking at a MINIMUM 4 month wait. And to Fabb Furniture: Don't sell sofas you can't deliver on time.

Order sofa in may which suppose to receive by mid August. Then delivery delay till first week of October then November then December. Now received a call saying delivery is delay till January 22. When I order sofa I read a negative reviews. I spoke to customer service they reassured me that it’s happen just because of pandemic now it’s clear there is no problem. Same thing happen with me. Causing me so much frustration. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please look for some better shop.

Shocking customer service. Purchased 2 new sofas from AHF, now Fabb 2 years ago. There is a manufacturing flaw in the sofa which meant the recliner mechanism has cut all of the fabric on the back of the footrest and foam has fallen out completely on one of the seats. Had homeserve come to inspect the sofas at the request of fabb (£60 charge btw) who confirmed it was a manufacturing flaw. Heard nothing for 2 weeks until i called the customer service team myself. They then made their offer to resolve the situation. They would repair the sofas, but advised the new parts would be a different colour due to the sofas fading. Or they would give us £1100 towards a new sofas. This would not be too bad apart from the exact same sofa will cost us £1600 which is what we spent originally. They have advised they have offered the lower amount due to it being used for the last 2 years but surely their guarantee should cover a like for like replacement. Who knows what would happen if it broke when it was 5 years old. Probably offer no help at all. They are quick to sell you the sofas using the promise of lifetime cover, but when you come to use it they are no help at all and you will be left out of pocket. Pay the extra money and go to a different well known store

Absolute shocking after service - mis-sold insurance package that’s not fit for purpose. Now want another £60 for to come and have a look. Made an insurance claim with the company who sent someone out …. Continually blamed us for the damage on the headrest. Went on to tell us that the sofa comes in black and is then sprayed to the desired colour …. Now the paint is peeling away like when you get pva glue on your hands. I am disgusted and this company should be avoided at all costs. I mean … sprayed furniture ???????

Never again avoid at all cost.went the Coventry store was told what we wanted would take 7/8weeks said we didn't want to wait that long ,sakes guy goes off makes a phone call comes back and says 3 weeks so we ordered it and paid in full.3 weeks later told another 4 weeks and it says on the back of receipt they can add anther 4 weeks to the lead time they didn't tell us that and we paid for it before we got the receipt. 10.5 weeks later it was ready for delivery when I got home from work my first words was was what the f**k is that damaged doors don't line up could not close them .poor workmanship poor quality for the money we paid.called head office was told Emma would phone me back never happened was told my information would be passed on to Craig customer service manager never happened ,he did phone me after I wrote a email to the CEO and he asked me for my details so he could look into it so my information was not past on to him.Outcome was a refund they collected the furniture I twice I asked for a 1 hour call before delivery and again on collection they couldn't even do that the van just turned up .I think it's a case of say and promise anything to get the sale,poor service poor quality no communication skills no people skills.Never Never again would not recommend .

Ordered 2 settees in july expected delivery in September had not heard from them so phoned them up and was told they now will not be in till November, was not happy asked for my deposit back was told they didn't give deposits back and to read the terms and conditions. A very unhappy customer will never buy anything from them again, they don't care about there customers.

The after care service for this company is shocking. I took out a 10 year warranty when I purchased my sofa. The sofa which was less than 2 years old had lost all the firmness in the seats, and although they have confirmed that the fault is covered by the warranty I have to pay a €60 inspection fee before they will sort it out. Reluctantly, I will pay the fee as the sofa is uncomfortable and causing back problems for the family, that's if they ever reply to the email I have sent in relation to processing this.

AHF its a scamer not a shoper do not trust any off the items they are all rrabish i have ben rip of from AHF and i am not goin to do a shopin again on my life at AHF. RIP

I would not normally post these reviews, but being let down so very badly by both parties, I had to say something. Feel completely letdown by LZB and AHF. I bought the most wonder cream leather electric reclining LZB sofa from AHF over 12 years ago. It was perfect. Shortly after receiving it at home, the stitching was all wrong. AHF sent out an engineer to look into it, but it had to be totally replaced. The old one would be binned. Huh?? The new one was sent out, and within a few years the framed backing on one side had broken, and so there was little to no lumbar support. AHF sent out a repair person to look into it, and fixed it on the spot. He commented that it was "cheaply made". Several years later, the same thing happened again. AHF sent out another repair person who made the same comment, and repaired it yet again. Over the course a few years after this, it starts to happen AGAIN... and the 'seats' are starting to feel like you can feel the frame through them. It's getting worse. I contacted AHF about this, but they said it was now out of the warranty. So even though the same thing has happening now a THIRD time, they don't care. I've had a quote of over £500 to repair it. I spoke to LZB hoping their "American customer service" would shine through, but alas not. It's British, and because they were not personally involved in the repair (and it couldn't be), they cannot see that there were any repairs, and since it is outside of their warranty, they will not help. They simply do not want to help. And AHF refuse to help further. The customer is left in the lurch with a poss £500+ bill. The suppliers goods and services act. 1982 seems not to have any bearing on their thoughts on this. They could easily contact AHF and arrange to get it sorted. But they BOTH decide... no. Don't bother.

Said our bed and mattress would take 5 weeks it's currently been 9 and still no end in site, after 5 weeks we had a call saying they would need to arrange delivery from Monday Week 6, that was left in a voicemail Friday of week 5, over that weekend we took down the bed etc ready for the new one... We called them back they said that the bed wasn't in fact ready.. Since then we have called twice we spoke to the store manager last week who said he would arrange a temporary solution!!!! Still no word from that conversation at all.. Do not bother with these I won't be in future!

Keep away from this company they are con artists, had to wait for months for the sofa to be delivered,The quality of the sofa is absolutely terrible it cost us 3 1/2 thousand the leather is started peeling off I am formed him of this they charge me a £60 callout fee they said the work could be carried out then . But that was a lie they just expected it the sofa is only a year old.And now they’re saying I have to pay for the work carried out,It’s not in the warranty.I advise you to keep away from this company

Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa in Feb 2020. We were informed the expected lead time was 11 weeks. We were then informed delivery would be week commencing 24th May... didn't hear a thing! So called up and was told the end of May... didn't hear a thing. Was then told it would reach the distribution centre in 10 - 14 days...again 16th day later and didn't hear a thing. We were then given another date of 11th June and yet again we didn't hear a thing. Everytime I phoned, I felt like I was being fobbed off with various excuses. After all the times I called, no one informed me that we were entitled to a £50 refund due to not meeting the delivery dates, I had to find this out for myself on the T&C's. This was increased to £75 for all the stress and inconveince caused, however delivery alone was £69, so received a total of £6 off the actual sofas! Would highly reccomend avoiding AHF/Fabb Furniture! After waiting over 4 months for the sofas, we will never purchase from them again.

I purchased 2 Lazboy chairs from you as they came with a 10 year warranty. 5 years later one chair has a broken leg rest mechanism and according to your engineer the other chair is in the process of breaking in exactly the same way. The replacement parts have been on order for almost a year. After 6 months wait we sent some spare parts which were the wrong parts. Now despite the 10 year warranty you have made the paltry offer of £183.66 towards new chairs as apparently you cannot fix them. This is for 2 chairs that will cost me more than £2000 to replace. The reason your customer service representative gave me was because you were applying a "useage charge". What is that? Was I supposed to just look at them? I bought them to sit in. Why give the promise of a 10 year warranty when you do not intend to honour it? Why is there no mention of a "useage charge" in the warranty paperwork? This seems intentionally misleading to the customer and is possibly definable as fraudulent. On top of that you have also charged me £60 for your service man to come out as the fault developed after the first 12 months, that apparently you keep and is included in the £183.66 offer to set against replacing the furniture, so I'm only really being offered £123.66 to replace these chairs Did you really think I would accept that and be stupid enough to purchase anything from you ever again? Your customer service was distinctly uninterested in my complaint. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she could put me through to a "Team Leader". They were not available and I am awaiting a call back. I wont be holding my breath.

Table arrived damaged, the delivery driver took photo and said we would hear from customer services within a couple of days. Two weeks later we were asked for photos as proof of damage. We were told they had lost original photos. Promised replacement in 2 months. Eventually arrived 12 months to the day from first delivery. Will never buy from them again.

Disgusting service with no sofas after 6 months and no communication from the company. Have had to chase the order myself each month and told lies just to get you off the phone. The website says " quick service" and helpful service. I think not. Don't waste your time with them. I do wonder what the standard of furniture would be like if the standards of service are so poor. No stars awarded.
