“We were unaware that we could claim for a delay over 2 years ago until we saw your website. The communications throughout the claim were excellent and within a month we received cheques totalling £719.60. We found AirDelay a brilliant service and would willingly use them again for any future air delays . A company that provided and excellent and a well worthwhile and organised service.”

“Excellent service from Air Delay, we were kept informed throughout the process and they took care of everything from start to finish. They're work meant a successful claim, and it definitely made up for the large chunk of holiday that was spoiled by a very long delay on a 4 day holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 10/10!”

“we found Alex at airdelay very professional throughout we never held out much hope at the beginning however after speaking to Alex things changed and although it took a wile we received around 500% of our flight costs so if you are delayed I would recommend you ring Alex”
