“My claim was for a flight to South Africa 5 years ago. The airline were trying to avoid coughing up but after air delay issued court proceedings against Air France my claim was settled. Cheque received, happy as.... Thanks Air Delay”

“We were told by the airline concerned that we were not entitled to any compensation but Air Delay followed it up for us and as a result we did receive compensation for our flight delay. It was very straightforward to fill in the information they required and they kept us informed about what was happening at each stage of the claim. We were very pleased with the positive outcome and would recommend them to anyone. We would definitely use them again.”
