“I had tried to claim myself from the airline but was getting nowhere afer 12 months I decided to go to Air Delay, it was a very easy process and I received €800 after 7 weeks, no problems. Would definetly use again and have already recommended to another flyer.”

“The response was very fast I received details about my claim within a few days after I signed up, within weeks I was told whether I was entitled to my claim or not and the team were very helpful especially Alex Laurence when I needed to change the name on my cheque. Very pleased with the help I was given.”

“Our united airline flight was delayed by more than 6 hours in between London to San Francisco on 20th July 2016.Due to some problem in their aircraft they had to make a unscheduled halt at Minneapolis and got delayed.I discussed the matter at San Francisco with my family and friends but none of them was hopeful to get any compensation for this delay.During google search I came across Flight Delay website and after reading several reviews I was convinced that unlike other who received compensation through Air Delay in similar circumstances,I must also try it in my case. After I posted my case with full particulars to this site I was informed that case is fit for full compensation @ 600 Euro each.I submitted y claim in respect of self and wife to Air Delay.After about 3 months I was delighted to receive a mail from Air Delay informing that they have received full compensation from United Airlines and our cheques are ready for despatch but before that they wanted to reconfirm my address.a prompt response was sent to them and within next 10 days our compensation cheques were received. Thanks a lot to the efforts made by Air Delay in resolving my case. Nirmal Kumar Mumbai,India”

“I liase with Alex and he was very professional and friendly. When the case was later referred to Butterworths, they took every effort to assure me , no claim, no fees. Is really a no-fuss effort on my part throughout the whole process. Thanks Air delay and will recommend.”

“Excellent outcome I had been rejected by the airline and the ombudsman. How were you successfull when I wasn't. ? Its a shame it all took 3yrs Unfortunately my friend Wendy lost her battle with Cancer on the day the cheques arrived”

“Our Air delay was annoying at the time as we were just going away for a few days. When I got home I got in touch with the airline, complaining about our delay and enquiring about compensation. The airline did not reply to me. I therefore went through 'Air Delay' who applied on our behalf and eventually obtained compensation for myself and my wife, for which we are grateful. I am convinced that if we waited for some response from the airline, we would still be waiting and would have got nothing.”
