“Air Delay recovered flight delay compensation from the airline with the minimum of fuss and input from myself. They kept me informed with regular updates. A very friendly and efficient operation. The compensation was more than I expected.”

“I tried to get compensation for my 24 hour delay by using a template letter from Money Saving Expert’s web site & Thomson’s claimed exceptional circumstances. I then tried the discussing the issue with the civil aviation authority & wrote again to Thomson’s, to no avail. I saw some further court exchanges between Thomson’s & various customers in the media & decided to use Air Delay. All correspondence was over the internet & compensation was paid by Thomson’s after a few weeks. I have also already recommended Air Delay to other passengers who were on our flight.”

“We were a group of 20+ golfers delayed some 12 hours in Malaga with Monarch. Each of us tried in vain to get compensation from Monarch and each and every one of us got fobbed off. Then one of the group got in touch with Air Delay and what do you know we all got our compensation within a couple of weeks ,we had all been trying for 3 years as individuals.
