“I Have been in correspondence with Jet 2 for years over this claim and they have always denied responsibility. After you took up my case it was resolved to my satisfaction with a successful payout after a minimum time. Without your help this matter would have never have been resolved and cant thank your company enough. A great service and have already recommended you services to others if they are unfortunate enough to be delayed. Once again many thanks.”

“Was given a disclaimer form at the airport when delayed but air delay won us some compensation for the bother and frustration of being delayed and having to miss work the next day”

“Contacted Air Delay after no luck with a claim against TAP, dating 5 years back. Very successful result, they paid out once threatened with legal action. So well done, this was something I was unable to do. They also helped my son claim back successfully. They take their cut but they earn it. Well done.”

“Re flight TCX 254: Having taken my complaint to both Thomas Cook Airlines and the CAA, both of whom rejected my claim, I had little hope of receiving any compensation, but decided to give Air Delay a try. The company kept me fully updated with the progress of my claim, and I was delighted to be told that I had received £374 compensation per passenger a few weeks later. Full marks to Air Delay for taking on my complaint and handling it quickly and efficiently. If only the same could be said for Thomas Cook and the CAA.”
