“If I could give 2.5 I would, you where a bit below average this time as the time it took and the miscommunication. I expected to speak to a tax expert at the time I called. Not having to keep rescheduling and the person having to double check a question that I had. Not only on the first call the person advised me that he only looks after BAS statements and had to reschedule a week later.”
