“When this company was operated by PWC there were absolutely no issues. Ever since this new company has taken over there has been nothing but issues. You are welcome to look at my file since the first BAS that I had to complete through you.”

“I don't find the system very user friendly. Especially regarding the question of my occupation. It wasnt clear where I could 'free type' or see the 'drop down' options so could not move through the program. Also regarding 2.5 question there were no instructions to click on the number and then it gave you options to select. However without Fanglin advising me to. I must say that any staff from Airtax have always been very helpful as was Fanglin that did my tax return this year.”

“I have been with Airtax since I returned to Uber after it passing legalization process in Australia. Alex, Seb, Kyle, Molly, and all Airtax staff have been extra patient in assisting me lodging my taxes to ATO.”

“I have been submitting and paying BAS since 2019 after advice given over the phone from an airtax employee which I paid for. Only now in late 2022 have I been told that I am not required to. I have now wasted over $5000 on unnecessary tax not to mention $200 per year on airtax fees to submit these BAS. Therefore my opinion of Airtax is extremely low...”

“There is minor observation, I noticed airtax agent sends communication email to previous email box even I have updated my email in airtax account settings, looks like account settings update is not effective soon. Please uplift the function in future.”
