“I applied for an account for my established consulting practice. I've never had any issues in the past with invoicing, banking, and, in fact, AirWallex invited me to apply for an account 4 years ago. They supplied no reason, and their decision making lacks transparency, and felt incredibly arbitrary and, frankly, wrong. It also took them less than 10 mins to review, so their claims of a thorough review process lack credibility and credence.”

“Sent money to an investee on behalf of my father for a time sensitive matter like I have done many times in the past. Airwallex flagged it and has been holding the money for days. The reason? I used the truncated version of my father's first name(Steve vs Stephen) and his FULL last name in the reference for the transfer and this was enough to set off alarms. Now this time sensitive matter is becoming critical as my father and I race to figure out alternative ways to get the money to the investee while Airwallex holds my money. we cannot and will not use Airwallex again as they are unreliable and incompetent.”

“Be careful - read trust pilot reviews! They use automated review.io email probably for only people who they approve accounts and not transparent! Another not properly regulated institution entering the UK market and being supper elective and probably discriminative about their onboarding process. They should be banned imitating any business and provide full explanation for any rejection. This is a response we have received : I understand this decision can cause frustration if you do not get the outcome you were hoping for. While we cannot disclose the reasoning for any decisions around why an application has been rejected, we do take time to carefully review each case and ensure a fair review process has been undertaken. There should be a transparent and free information basis on these companies. Who would know if the person who rejected the application wasn’t discriminative ? What safeguard is in place for these pop up firms ?”

“I am so glad I found Airwallex, the platform is saving me loads of money and it's super convenient to use. I can pay suppliers all over the world and save on bank fees. I've started paying my affiliates their commission through AW instead of PayPal and that saves me money too. And I even found some fees for a regular EU payment that were costing me a whopping £82 per payment, which I dropped to £3.50. This is the future of avoiding nasty bank fees and the support team could not be any more helpful, they are always offering to jump on a call and show me how to use the platform and recently I had an urgent incident that needed attention and the level of support I received was first class. It's nice to be using a digital payments platform that saves you money with genuine, motivated people supporting you.”

“Shortly after our business was verified, we were contacted by Emily who invited us to meet to learn how to use Airwallex. Emily gave us a very useful orientation around the features of Airwallex, and coached us to link our Xero account, set up a recipient and transfer some funds. Emily was very efficient and knowledgeable and we are now ready to start using Airwallex.”

“I am very, very surprised in the great advances that the platform is making. It offers many features that other competitors do not have. Till now I am not making use of the features offered by the platform, but I am sure that we will open new lines of business in which we can use all the advantages that Airwallex offers us. “Airwallex is very easy to use and has many advantages over the traditional banks, in terms of online banking, currency exchanges and etc. And, the customer service is world class. The account manager is extremely helpful, so effective and always there for help. Highly recommended if you do a lot of online international transfer.”

“Has supported us in making international payments at much lower costs than through Credt Suisse our Bank in Switzerland - we have units and suppliers around the world and the charges paid previously were excessive Only issue - is the methods to load funds to the Airwallex were changed recently and not clearly communicated - we had made transfers to add funds to the account which were returned and this has caused frustration on our side - so make sure you communicate such issues clearly to the client in the future”
