“Very bad experience with ajio app. If you wrongly ordered something you can cancel the same. If you call to costumer care no its always busy. If luckily any executive pickup the phone they don't have any solution. If you returned any product they have deducted cod / delivery charges as well. Its very bad... company should think about it as very small e-com companies provide very good services.”

“I had ordered items ,2 items were completely different from what I ordered.I am having a horrifying time returning these products.I have placed return request innumerable times,I have dropped emails,Talked to customer care but only false assurances.My experience is really bad with this site”

“Never had this bad experience with any other platform. And they wonder why they can't compete with Amazon. I ordered two packages both are not delivered one they cancelled by themselves and refund is pending for two weeks there customer care is useless there delivery partner are fraud”

“Highly disappointed with return process and even worst customer care i have ever seen. It makes us feel to leave job and do followup with these folks and courier guys. I dont understand how difficult to setup return courier. This is ridiculous”

“Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a lotus hanging light & watch type ring due to damaged piece & incorrect size being delivered without price tag on both. I sent them mails stating about the issue and return it in no quality check and all.I did that and almost 2 month I am following up to get the return of the product. There is no follow up or solution from ajio. They keep saying we will contact you in 24hr but it never ces, I call them after every 5 days and they have the same answer. There is no responsibility from ajio and response.”

“I had ordered the t shirt for rs 519/.the quality of the product was so badly,was not acceptable,the same was returned,while returning the full amt they have refunded rs 420/,only . further i would suggest customer ,not to buy any product from them,this is fraud company, pathetic,no good customer services,”

“I have ordered the tracksuit from Ajio but I have received only track pants instead of a tracksuit. After that, I applied for a return but the customer exclusive person denied taking back my order. I also complained about the same thing to customer care. They told me to wait for 2 days. Till now I haven't gotten any response from your side. Resolve my issue asap . Otherwise I file a complaint in consumer forum.You people are doing fraud first you say will check and delivery your product tomorrow then you gave me another date what the hell are you doing . Kindly do the needful for the same.”

“Worst e-commerce platform. Better to pay little more and buy from other sites... Delivered products are different from what they have displayed. Return requests kept on cancelling by themselves...After a heck lot of time on line wd the customer care , i got to know i should self ship. Even pathetic is that they didn't instruct me to do so on app or through text messages but only when I called them thrice i got to know abt this.Still the app shows "return Pickup available" . Ajio is subpar. I curse it go out of business.”

“They put up an mark and Spencers bath towel combo for sale with an very attractive price and i placed an order for the same and few days later they cancelled it by themselves refunding my amount but not my credit points amount which i earned. What a scammers.”
